I saw this on hungry neighbors of Michiana and I thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did. The rib tips were done perfectly. I will track this food truck wherever it goes to get good ribs and tips. I got ribs and rib tips today and I am disappointed. They were both overcooked. The ribtips are hard, not tender and moist like the last ones I got. most of them have a real hard char on them also very hard to chew because of it. I guess I’ll keep on searching for decent rib tips. I thought this was the place that had them. It looks like I have to make the long drive again to Niles to get rib tips that they are consistent and quality.
