My daughter and I went to Annie’s last night for dinner around 5:20. When we pulled in there were only three cars in the parking lot. One had a few teenagers just having milkshakes. The other car was across from ours and they had the server come out to them right after we parked. She talked to them some and I am assuming dealt with their payment. She never looked our direction and went back inside. Not even coming over to greet us???? The car across from us left and as the minutes ticked by I could see her just leaning over the counter and talking to other staff. Another 3 minutes went by and then a new car(truck actually) pulled in across from us. They sat there for a few minutes and then the server came out and went to them!!!! Still not even a greeting from her at this point! AFTER she went back inside with their order she FINALLY came out to our car. At this point it had been almost 15 minutes of sitting there and seething with rage!!!! We both ordered burger baskets and a milkshake and we have no complaints about the food at all.

I have been coming to Annie’s since the early ‘80s and NEVER been treated so irresponsibly by a server!!! Common sense hospitality/food service workers are always trained to acknowledge and greet the guest asap EVEN if you are busy!

WHOEVER COOKED BURGERS ON 09/25/2025 NEEDS A $5 RAISE because it is SOOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!! I’ve had burgers here for the last month like 20+ times and I’ve never tasted this burger quality soooo good, I mean it’s already fire and SLAPS but it’s like another level of BOSS JUICE FIRE DRIP ICE AMAZING GOOD!!

The food is literally fire 🔥 the staff are dope, cool, chill, kind & that means a lot! I’ve worked a lot of jobs & met a lot different people & worked in many business, having people that serve with a great attitude is the difference between a fire review & more sales vs low reviews or none & low to no sales! People like me really appreciate the little things cuz what you give & put out, often comes back 10x more so thank you folks for making amazing food and also at a steal of a price! I used to love Annie’s Burger Town. I’ve lived in Elkhorn for 40 years and have eaten here countless times so it pains me to have to leave such a horrible review however I must. I ordered delivery. When I got my order an item was missing (4th time this has happened recently) and my gyro was made with chicken instead of gyro meat. I tried calling and there was no answer during peak business hours. I called at least 10 times. I ended up driving all the way there (15 minutes) to complain. All rhey said was sorry and gave me my missing item. They said they tried to call to tell me they had no meat. Why couldn’t the delivery driver say something?? So now I have cold food made out of something I don’t want and I’m still out my money. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will NOT be ordering from here...
