We ordered a couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman on February 7, 2025 and waited NINETEEN weeks to receive it. We were unable to host Easter, Mother's Day and enjoy our only fireplace due to no furniture for 4 months and 3 weeks. We were told the fabric was on back order. Then the day it FINALLY was going to be delivered we were told the truck was stuck in traffic even though we were told the next day that Reed's received the furniture at 5:30 pm. After 19 weeks you'd think they'd go out of their way just a little and still deliver! Nope! When we asked to be compensated for waiting 19 weeks when we were told we'd have to wait 6-8 weeks we were told it wasn't their fault. So much for dealing with a small business. He showed us all of the possibilities for our fold out couch along with the different upholstery options. He said it could be ordered and delivered within 3-4 weeks, and he was spot on. The delivery team was punctual, quick and considerate (even had to remove a door to not damage the walls). There are many online options now of course, but the personal touch is much nicer than receiving two big boxes from Fedex that say "some assembly required" and a chiropractor appointment quickly thereafter. I have experienced her being rude and short with the other young lady who works there. Katelyn has been rude and even yelled at her when I was there.
