Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elkin

Pretty disappointed with my experience at this location the last few times I have ordered. Anytime Gina is making pizza it has been horrible. Whoever was in the kitchen prior to her was great. Some of the best pizza I had even had a craved it. Today I ordered and the delivery time was 42-52 min. I had txts coming in that the driver was pulling up at 5:06. I waiting and never received so I called the store and spoke with the manager. She asked what I wanted and posted the options and I requested it be made and delivered again while nothing my poor experience with food quality the last few orders. The lady knocked on my door at 5:50. I took the soggy boxes from her and noticed the pizza box was caving in. After opening it I immediately knew it was not fresh. No cause and big air bubbles with barely cheese covering the surface. I called and spoke again to the manager and described it seemed as if the driver went and picked it up off the doorstep she left it on and redelivered it. The manager proceeds to tell me that it wasn’t ever delivered. The girl showed up at the store without it being delivered, still in her car. Without remaking it as requested it was sent back out way past food quality time at that point despite my remarks. Was asked again if I wanted it remade or refunded. Without an apology I asked how they thought that was an appropriate thing to do being as that had just spoken with me on the phone. She responded that they were doing the best they could. If this is their best I sure would be scared to see them on a bad day. I think I will find another pizza place to order from. As a regular customer, Dominos you lost me on this one. Manager Christine I believe was her name…didn’t offer an apology until I went in depth asking how she as a manager could think it was ok to let a pizza go out in that condition knowing it had been riding around in a car for well past the delivery time.

5:10-5:20 was latest delivery time. (An hr after ordering) 5:50 I finally received the pizza that went in the trash after one...

So annoyed. Ordered pizza 25 min later finally says ready my son runs in to get it to be told they are working on it. So he comes back out and I go in to find out status as I have a crying baby and a toddler in the car and if was going to be much longer would need to run them home ans come back. So go In and say that being nice immediately the manager lady looks annoyed ans then tells me they are working on it now. I was like ok but I'm asking like is it in oven it's on table for toppings like just trying to figure out how much longer So I can figure out what to do. All annoyed she's like it's coming out of the oven so I walk back out. How about marking it correctly for the app instead of saying its done to make yall look better on time to corporate and people wouldnt have to ask! So my son's goes back in get the pizza we get home my hand tossed is wrong toppings and my thin crust is burnt so bad we didn't hardly eat it. So basically wasted $25 and 35 minutes to not even get full and make my kids something else for dinner. Not like I can even call and complain to the manager bc clearly she doesn't care about customer service at all. So moral of story check your food before you...

We ordered takeout on our way to my daughter's house. The young gentleman on the phone patiently informed us of the specials, as I was the passenger in my car,and reception was spotty. We wound up going with two medium pizzas for the kids and one large specialty pizza. Furthermore, I have a dietary need that doesn't allow me to consume tomato based sauces. We asked for recommendations. He suggested the Alfredo sauce. Thus, we created together a thin crust with Alfredo, chicken, spinach, and mushrooms. The nice young man quoted an accurate pick-up time, and our pizzas were hot and ready upon our arrival. When we arrived at my daughter's home, all of the pizzas were eaten quickly by hungry little girls and boys, the food looked and smelled delicious. But the showstopper, hands down, was the thin crust Alfredo-chicken pizza. It was absolutely incredible.
