This location used to be amazing, but whoever they have working now sucks at making drinks. The last few times ive been the drinks have been terrible and i order the easiest drink on the menu. The first time I ordered a pink drink they didnt put enough of the refresher base and end up tasting like just coconut milk. Recently I asked for LIGHT ICE and they filled up my entire drink with ice no joke. I asked for my matcha cold foam on the side i was going to drink it later tell me why i paid I dollar extra and the ice was full and my drink was only filled halfway in the cup. these people need to learn how to do their job. its not even worth coming here anymore because the money your paying and the quality of the drink they make you doesnāt add up. This location really was good but its went downhill, very unhappy. and they cant even flavor the matcha cold foam correctly, once it tasted like they used cookie syrup when i didnt ask for that or didnt clean out the container before they made mine, a serious risk of cross contamination or people with allergies. Half the time it doesnāt even taste like matcha, its so white enough you could pass it for vanilla sweet cream cold foam. First, our drink was order with no whipped cream and we visually witnessed a young lady scrap this off. Next, as we waited at the window we also watched as another young lady flipped her middle finger at someone inside the establishment. Then our drinks were prepared and sat inside the window while these ladies played and sipped on their own drinks. When we finally received our drinks, the cups were sticky, messy, and the order was incorrect. All drinks were prepared without whipped cream. We asked for these to be fixed and were sarcastically told that they were out of whipped cream and napkins. As we reluctantly took our order and drove away, we quickly realized that our drinks did not taste correct. We took our order back to the store for a refund. As I stood in line waiting for the refund approval, I would like to mention that the employees were preparing other orders with whipped cream and giving out napkins. I was greatly disappointed in the behavior of these young ladies and the operation of this newest establishment in our hometown. It was an hour and a half before closing, and they were out of whipped cream. Not sure why they couldnāt make more since they were still pretty busy. When we walked in, there was only one other customer in there. We ordered two coffees and a baked good. Ten minutes later, a family that came in after us received their pastry item and we still hadnāt. My husband went to the cashier to request it since they had forgotten us and while he was waiting to be served, the shift lead told the other employees not to worry about the customers inside and only prioritize drive thru. Fast forward to Sunday morning, and we try again on our way out of town. We went in the drive thru this time since they claimed that was their priority..
