While the food is usually good enough and accurate, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On one occasion, I went through the drive-thru and the guy taking my order got it wrong twice. Then I got to the window and he hadn't put it in and forgot it again. And he gave me part of my food, not all of it. I had to remind him to give me all of it and my drink. He tried to get me to pay for the next order because he's forgotten that I'd payed. There was more too, but the general vibe I picked up from the guy based on that and the way he was talking, is that he was extremely high on something. I don't want impaired people handling my food when they can't even remember things for more than 10 seconds. On another occasion I went, again through drive-thru, approximately 30 or so minutes before their posted drive-thru closing time and absolutely no one responded to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. I ended up leaving because I got tired of waiting and talking to the box that no one was responding from. And on a third occasion, I was the only indoor customer, and they had only one in drive-thru, with at least five people working and it still took them several minutes to even try to take my order. Read moreI put in a order on the mobile app at 12am they're supposed to be open till 1:00 a.m. I arrived at 12:15 a.m. no one answered the speaker so I pulled up to the window no one answered the window even though I seen one person come almost walking up until they seen me and ducked behind some equipment. I knocked on the window and beeps the horn they continue to ignore me I drove back around to let the speaker beep they still didn't answer two other cars work ignored also then I sat at the window until 1:00 a.m. when the app told me my order had been canceled because my store had closed while I sat there they turned the lights off in the dining room and continue to ignore me I spoke with the manager today and she seemed to kind of brush it off and act like it wasn't a big deal and said that it must be something with 9mmtheir system and I was like no it's something with your employees ignoring customers however I was not offered any apology or anything of that sort sadly this is the only Taco Bell close to me. This is just one of many incidences I have had to deal with with this Taco Bell 8 out of 10 times they get my food wrong even if I don't change the order it's just sad really. I had wanted to order Nacho fries and he said they did not have them, I did not hear him at first so he had to repeat it in a not so nice tone. I was trying to look at the menu to see what I may want in replace of the fries, but he was rushing us so I just said that's all. On top of all this, the lady next to me saw how rude he was being. She had been waiting at the counter before we came in. Apparently no one had helped her and she said she needed her cup. He didn't hear her or ignored her one. My husband spoke up and let him know, he said okay, I'll get it in a minute. My husband thought the man may have assumed for me and not the other lady since he did not look up from the register. When we were finished and walking to get our drinks, my husband pointed to the other lady and said she is the one needing a cup and the man proceeded to get an attitude, mumbled something, and said there's only one of me. It was busy, but there were others in the back bringing food to the front and no one asked her if she needed anything. I ended up getting the Cantina quesadilla.
