Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elko New Market

Ordered pizza for a group this evening. They forgot one pizza. When we called to correct the mistake the manager Evan said "Well the good news is you didn't pay for it." He then told us that he could get the forgotten one out to us in TWO HOURS. WHAT!? When I told him that his staff was the one who made the mistake he said that he couldn't just give us a free pizza and we had to pay for our food like everyone else. My disagreement was not with paying but with the fact that it was going to take two hours to make a new one. That is totally unacceptable for us to lose out because your staff's mistake. Super disappointed because I like their food and I have enjoyed fantastic customer service in other establishments. Too bad the managers have poor customer service. If the service is poor from the top it is going to trickle all the way down and just be a poor quality location. I would not recommend this...

Place is an absolute disaster that's pretending to be a regular Domino's. The "manager" Tearea has almost no clue what she's doing aside from keeping herself out of trouble. The tracker is fake and orders are often done 10 minutes after the app tells you it is. YOU GOTTA PUSH DOWN WHEN USING THE PIZZA CUTTERS. I know most of the staff is 90lb girls or lanky highschool boys, but it's not like we're cutting leather here. No one one my street has ever received a pizza that's actually cut all the way though or has even slightly similar sized slices. And why do they deliver to LONSDALE!? Just to make their main customer base wait longer because their manager can't schedule more than 2 drivers to keep her labor report...

Ever since they have come under new ownership everything about this place is horrible the food is so greasy I could order 1 pizza and be able to use the grease off of it as a slip and slide. It took them over an hour to get my food to me and they said it’s cause they are busy well that’s bs because before they were able to get me my food in 30 minutes or less even when busy. Don’t order from here unless you want to get the worst dominos you’ve ever had. I wish I could write a lot of 1 star reviews so I could get their rating to where it actually should be which is obviously 1 star. Could possibly be the worst dominos in the world, coming...
