Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elkton

My wife and I have been to this location a few times (drive through). I personally do not care much about Dunkin coffee, but it’s on the way to her work. Today I went inside instead of the location (first time) since the drive through was packed. Inside was pretty busy also. One of the male employees was taking orders and doing a great job on keeping everything orderly with all the obvious chaos of the rush. Somehow an order before my got messed up and he remedied the situation hastily. I place an order for 2 wake up wraps and 2 coffees. Wraps came out quick, and I saw the lady at the counter making the 2 coffees. Now, where the major issue happened. My wife’s drink was done, her co-workers was getting made and since she ordered whip cream it required the dome top. Well, the lady was standing straight up when she grabbed it from the counter. All the sudden when she attempted to push it down I saw the cap pop off and fall on the floor. She bent right over, and popped it on the drink again instead of grabbing another one.... I started to confront her about it, didn’t even say what the issue was and she immediately started saying “I’ll change the cap” or something along those lines. I told her to remake the drink, she reached for another cap and was like “it’s ok”. At this point My voice got a little firmer and explained that I saw what happened. the gentlemen who was holding the place down came to see what was going on. He asked what the issue is, I spoke to him in a calm voice and told him. She flat out lies to the man and said she didn’t drop the cap... I wish somehow I can see video of the incident proving that. Needless to say I was completely disgusted with this locations lack of concern for food handling standards. Instead of holding up everyone’s morning I decided to breath deep and walk away to avoid an argument with this ignorant employee. Hopefully this is not a common practice, but needless to say we will not be coming back to this location, and if it were up to me I would never set foot in a Dunkin’...

If I could give it no stars I would always go here because it’s close to where I am at but today was a little different went here with my husband ordered my coffee and he was using the bathroom and I had to use the bathroom i don’t lock the door for personal reasons and an employee walks in and saw me when I was getting finished so I washed my hands and waited for my husband and while I am standing there I hear the employees talking smack about how she just walked in on me and saw my butt and stuff so I stood there for a minute listening then went up front and grabbed my coffee and told them I don’t lock the door and thanks for talking smack about me and left then they said something to my husband while he was leaving about me and all hell broke loose but I wouldn’t go back here they are always slow the drive thru is even worse seven employees and still wait ten minutes for a medium coffee and their employees talking smack about their customers especially when they don’t know the reason I don’t ever lock a door when I use a...

i was in the drive thru placing more order. i was asked twice “give me a second” in which i was being patient. when the lady asked what i wanted in my iced coffee speaking normally i wouldn’t say i was talking fast. she told me i need to slow down and that she had told me 3 times that their systems are down. she didn’t tell me one time that they were working on the systems. how was she taking my order if you working on the systems. very rude and i did not deserve the disrespect. i did not give her negativity in return, or to begin with. she needs to remember that you never know what someone is going thru. it was the older lady who used to wear i mask. i come here often and hadn’t had a problem until this month. the girl i dealt with this time had worked here for a while but when i came here on sunday, it was 2 newer people had nasty attitudes and didn’t say...
