Besides the tiny streets, tolls and bridges. There's a main reason I don't come to the northeast, ESPECIALLY Maryland.
Why you ask? The people are just flat out rude. Not to mention condescending, pretentious, overall just very unpleasant and unhappy people.
Such as whom I think may have been the manager at this store.
Bigger gal, curly hair, light skin complexion, walking around with consta-sneer on her face, you can really tell she hates life.
I made a mobile order, and I forgot to switch it from drive-thru to pick up. I walk in the store, we made eye contact probably four or five times, I smiled at her a couple times, as she just turned around and walked back and forth gathering other orders not even acknowledging me standing there.
It was a HUGE and utterr inconvenience to her that I made this mistake, because she had to walk a whole extra 3 ft to find my order. She gets my order and sticks it in the "online order" box, I tell her "thank you", then turns around, STILL with that look on her face and goes back into the kitchen.
Not once did this woman acknowledge me, thank me, or say one single word to me. Walking around the back mad dogging everybody that came in.
IF she is the manager, you guys need to rectify this.
The other two younger girls were very nice.
I can say however the store was super clean.
Now my food. My fries were cold and limp. My Big Mac, basically the same. Like they're Mass producing these things and just leaving them under heat lamps.
I hate this place, I hate this state, and I hate the people here. I never should have went in.
I'll...
Read moreStopped here when heading home to PA from Maryland because I got suddenly ill and needed their bathroom and hopefully some water. As the sickness was causing complications with existing illnesses and I was very weak and in pain, my (male) partner helped me into the handicapped stall and stayed in there with me to make sure I didn't choke on my vomit or pass out, and to help me walk. Once I did start vomiting profusely, a manager or staff member heard and asked me if I was okay. Having vomit clogging and burning my nose and throat makes it hard to call out, so he answered that i'd be fine (I wasn't exactly fine, but didn't want them to call for an ambulance when I just needed to get home) This woman started yelling at me, "I can't have a man in there! I have two little girls in this restaurant! He has to leave!" I was able to yell back that I needed him to help me as I was puking my guts out, but she yelled "I don't care!" and threatened to call the police on us. Never offered to stay with me instead of him, or outside the door, or just keep the girls out of the restroom for a few more minutes. Clearly, he would prey on them instead of keep me safe. I'm sure the food is fine, standard McDonald's. Just don't expect them to care about your safety or make a decent...
Read moreThis has happened multiple times, but we just went there and spent $40. They wouldn’t give two dips for the chicken sandwiches. Versus causing an added delay with special order we just do it ourselves. This is one of the only locations that refuse. How cheap do the management and the owners have to be? People are spending their money at your location and you won’t even give them 2 dips for the chicken sandwiches. We added bacon and got one half piece. We also got 3 large fries and you can see the photo for reference. Please FILL YOUR FRENCH FRIES!!!! They are way too expensive to be cheating out of French fries. How hard is it to do this? A large fry should be filled, not the equivalent of a small. Otherwise we would buy the small. Why is this location so cheap? And when you try to get it fixed they’re awful. Since management hasn’t been helpful, my daughter called to ask for a way to contact and report the issue to corporate - literally what’s provided on the wall, and the manager refused and hung up on her. I have the video if need be. I don’t like to complain, which is why this is like the 20th bad experience here. But still, customers shouldn’t be nickel and dimed...
