Unfortunately I wish I could say otherwise but the Ice cream was great, not happy with the service. I was standing outfront by the benches when a trashy elderly women approached me and asked “can you pull up your pants” and as I proceed to do this out of respect for her and her establishment she felt the need to add “I mean that’s just ridiculous” I’d like to add, I do not typically sag my pants, my pockets were full weighing down my pants and I was sending a message on my phone so as I took a few steps, my pants started to sag a bit. She mentioned she “didn’t want kids to come up here and see that” so lets pretend that there isn’t people all around the area sagging there pants as it is, if I saw anybody walking up ( we were the only customers ) I would’ve checked myself and pulled my pants up. Either way, my point is, the word choice ridiculous was unnecessary and instead of arguing with me when I kindly and calmly expressed I found what she said rude, I would expect someone with any decent customer service skills to say something along the lines of “I’m not trying to be rude, that’s just now the image I want for my storefront” instead of calling me ridiculous while I’m in the middle of accommodating her request. Read moreGreat place for ice cream!!! Located on route 40 about 2 minutes from walmart. This place is a locally own and run family ice cream shop. It is cash only but they do have an ATM next to the shop. Great prices !!! For 3 icecream cones it was less than $10. The soft serve was great and thick perfect for younger kids who worry about it melting fast. I added a picture of the icecream half way gone to show how thick it was. My toddler barely had a mess from the icecream. This place is open year round but opening times differ on the off season. Check them out they have lots of options from sundaes to shakes and cones both soft serve and frozen. Also they have sherbet for lactose...
Read moreThis is a family owned business that’s been around for years and years! The lady is the sweetest and she honestly takes pride in every sundae, swirl cone or sherbet that goes out that 🪟 window! My kids grew up coming there as a weekend treat. I still frequent it every chance I can during season. I wish they’d stay open all year round. I’d be the crazy one 🤗 in snow-boots, a sock hat and a puff coat standing outside that window still ordering a “Reese’s Pieces Sundae” no matter how many inches of snow was on the ground.! lol😆 God Bless em’ they sure do make the best ice cream...
