I ordered Schezan Beef which is spicy. The it arrived, I took one bite and it was not spicy, I stirred it around looking for the peppers and did not find any. Its temperature was just warm and had no flavor. I informed the server/owner and asked if the dish was supposed to be spicy, she said yes and that she go and get some chili sauce to put in my dish. I said no, I do not want chili sauce. I have had this dish at several different restaurants (which has not always been good tasting) and it is always spicy. Finally another server came to the table and I asked if I wanted something else, I said no and I did not eat.
My husband ordered Kung Pao Beef it had some peppers, was mildly spiced. We did not ask for mild spiced food. I had a bite of his and it also did not have any flavor of and was just mildly spiced and the temperature was just warm. My husband consumed it even though it was tasteless and not spicy (he was hungry).
It took 20 minutes for the food to arrive and it was only warm. There were only one other party of two there.
I don't understand the reviews that this place has good tasing food! I would not advise anyone who has taste buds to eat here. You get better tasting food at a gas station that's been cooked all day.
College Towns, best to eat fast food at least you know what it's going to taste like and know that you will be dissatisfied.

Read moreI usually don't do food reviews, but as a cook it's my duty to assist in keeping the general public safe. I picked this establishment because I have never eaten there and wanted something different. First the woman at the front wasn't warm and welcoming and I went against my impulse to leave. I paid 46 dollars for 6 wingletts and two orders of house fried rice. The chicken was not cooked completely and the rice was like it part of the earlier buffet and then scooped into the box reserved to me. I nevertheless called and told them about the chicken because I tried to eat it on my drive to Yakima. They was apologetic about the chicken and offered me a refund, this was before I tried to eat the rice, inwhich I had requested to refund only the chicken. I wind up throwing the whole meal out. I told them I was writing a bad review also. I will never eat from there again and don't advise anyone else to. A Chinese food lover.- Yet to see refund will let you know if they...
Read moreWe have previously had good experiences at the China Inn, but today my parents came to town and I took them. My mother wanted the Mongolian Beef and wanted it very spicy. When we received it, my mother tried one piece and it was extremely sweet and there was absolutely no spice. My father, my 7-year-old brother and I all tried it and we agreed. We asked the lady why it was sweet and she informed us that’s the recipe and it’s been made like that for years. We calmly agreed and asked her if she could take it back because it’s not what we wanted. She said okay but said we must still pay. I calmly asked her why we had to pay full price because only 4 pieces were eaten. She angrily takes the plate from our table and tells us “Fine and don’t come back!” If she told me that, paying full price was their policy, I would’ve agreed and paid, however, to my genuine curiosity I was, in return, given extreme aggression and was told to never come back again. Extremely...
