The summer strawberry salad is really good (altho expensive—$11.99), but seriously? Who made this? It’s a SALAD, not a sandwich—everything in it should be cut into bite-size pieces—just add dressing & chow down. And to make it more fun (& perhaps as evidence that this isn’t how it’s supposed to be done)—I wasn’t even given a knife! The first time I splurged on this, it was not done this way, the chicken was properly cut up. (I mean, seriously, for $11.99, YOU should be doing all the work.) I’ve had the same issue with Wendy’s summer strawberry salad (also good—for...$7.99, I think?)—one time cut up properly, another time like this. Wendy’s has sliced almonds, Luann’s has ricotta cheese—both good. But fyi if you’re at this location, there’s no Wendy’s nearby. I was also disappointed that I couldn’t get the same cookies here as I’ve gotten from their farmer’s market stand.

Cafe kiosk located inside the Big Y Express, but don't let the location fool you. Building is clean and inviting, with plenty of parking. Had a Spiced Brown Sugar Chai and Winter Cranberry Salad which were both off the specials menu, and both were delicious. Salad was a large portion and a nice blend of all ingredients, chai was sweeter than expected but was pleasantly spiced almost like eggnog. Friendly and quick service. As it is primarily a takeout/drive-thru location, be warned there is not much seating.

Came here last week for a breakfast sandwich and a small latte. I have ordered their breakfast sandwiches in the past, but was extremely disappointed when I got home to see how tiny their sandwiches have become. The latte was fine, but for a total over $15 I definitely expected better. I work in the service industry and completely understand inflation/"shrink-flation", but I think I'd have a safer bet at Starbucks next time around.

I want to support small businesses, but LuAnn's is overrated and overpriced. The coffee is not THAT good. The espresso drinks have a smokey taste, which I don't care for. The food items are extremely overpriced. A basic breakfast sandwich costs $9.00 - one egg, a slice of cheese and some bread! Are you going to the barn and collecting the eggs, then milking the cow and making the cheese? Or, are you getting ingredients from the grocery store across the street, which is running its own racket? Ridiculous! People need to flat out refuse to pay these prices. The customer service person at the drive thru was condescending. What is happening to customer service? I'm just not a fan of this place anymore. Oh, and by the way, everyone knows that saying to someone, "I'm sorry you feel that way," is a passive aggressive way of saying 'F.You" to someone. So, right back at you in your own language, to ensure that you understand, ...I'm sorry you feel that way about my opinion of...

Went there for a coffee and bite to eat. Well would have been better to wait in line across the street at McDonald's. The sandwich I got was all prepackaged premade and then the sandwich was heated in a microwave. The roll was partially dried out and the egg was like rubber. For the price of the food it should have all been made fresh. The coffee is nothing to write home about either. Over priced all the way around.. Very disappointed.. I feel like the positive reviews this place has are fake. Or left by management to give it a better review than it deserves. Or the people leaving 5 star reviews have never...
