Hookâd on Life here again checking out my favorite coffee place in Ellsworth in their new location. Before traveling half of the year, and living out here throughout the year. I spent a lot of my mornings in Flexit. Sitting at my favorite chair. Interacting with their epic staff, the owner Paul, amazing guy. Loves his community and patrons. Anyways, itâs been over a year since I been to Flexit. Their new location wow; itâs beautiful, welcoming and, well, you donât want to leave. Itâs always awesome to go back to an old stomping ground and not only find the consistency in their delicious baker goods, breakfast sandwiches and my fav their latte. But most importantly the staff l, though many new faces still the same culture of kindness, friendliness, knowledgeable and ready to serve you and make sure your happy. If you havenât been here during your travels through Ellsworth. Stop in, relax, catch up on emails, check in with family back home so they know your safe. Trust me, skip the corporate coffee places and enjoy supporting a local business that constantly gives back to...
Read moreThis place is certainly worth a stop over if you are looking for a good breakfast and don't mind dropping the table service.

Just a simple bacon, egg, and cheese. Smelled amazing, but was disappointed. I also noticed someone had started to put guacamole on it and just scraped it off, there was still some left in the center. Not good if a customer had an allergy.
I do like the the atmosphere of the cafe, that is what has brought me back. They do have board games available, but I do wish they had some books, as well. That would keep...
