Keystone Bar — Restaurant in Ellwood City

Half owner Robyn Carr lacks social etiquette. Many of my friends tell me they are uncomfortable and that it's difficult to have a conversation with her. Went with some friends around lunchtime and they had nothing to eat and Robin was playing a poker machine at this time. We had left to get something to eat at another establishment and came back a few hours later and Robin ( the owner mind you) was still sitting on this illegal poker machine wearing a pair of flip-flops and what looked to be pajamas. On occasion she had asked me for $50 when she had ran out of money on the poker machine. Not on this particular occasion but it had happened in the past. Clients way 2 intoxicated and inebriated yet they were continuously being served. I could not even bring my father into this place for a soda as he was not comfortable with the establishment. Many of my friends have expressed the same sort of rude Behavior from Robin having something to do relating to the clients leaving and going up to an establishment of the street that has recently opened. This is a great place to go if you don't mind giving your money to those who don't appreciate it and if you like being talked down to and...

I had a highly disappointing experience at this establishment. The bartender seemed to have an issue with me based on my appearance. The unwelcoming atmosphere and poor treatment left me hoping this place doesn't last long in the community.

The bartender's overreaction to me briefly leaving my phone at the bar was unacceptable. It's common for patrons to momentarily leave belongings, but apparently, that warranted a power trip and rude behavior here.

The hostile energy, especially towards male customers, was palpable. I stepped out to my car for less than a minute to grab something, and the owner came out yelling at me to leave as if I'd committed a serious offense. It was an absurd overreaction.

Even something as simple as not accepting card payments became an issue. If you step out to get cash from an ATM, you risk being abruptly kicked out upon return for no good reason. The petty and ego-driven service makes this place truly...

Passing through PA, someone gave me a beer token for this spot. Felt we had to go have a drink and see it. Best decision we have made in our life! People are welcoming, and just genuine. If you are anywhere in the area and like to shoot it with great people, this is the diamond in the rough you have been looking for!
