Burger King — Restaurant in Elmira Township

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Burger King location. I ordered a Whopper at 10:20 PM through the drive-thru, and when I opened it at home, the patty was cold and extremely hard—almost impossible to eat. I returned to the restaurant to ask why the patty was in such poor condition, and they told me the fryer was closed, so they had to use a microwave to heat the burger. They then told me to come back the next morning to get a replacement, which is completely unacceptable. I then asked for a chicken burger instead, and when I compared it to the Whopper, it was even worse. The meat, bread, and veggies were in terrible condition, and both burgers ended up in the trash. Terrible service and quality all around. I will never be returning to this Burger...

I want to give praise of a worker I don't think she been there long but I come there for breakfast and lunch and the past few times this worker has dark hair i think her name is jen from what her name tag said. if i could give her 10 stars she deserves it. she is so nice and sweet and always has a smile and i see how hard she works. I was there for lunch today and when she cleaned dining room she was asking guest to take there tray for them. Places need more workers like her I hope burger king knows what a good hard worker they have and give her the praise this girl deserves, cause not many places have workers that work hard and it shows she loves her job. burger king you need keep...

Due to blowing snow, we pulled into town late for a cometition with a bus full of 28 hungry teenagers. We were in a crunch, so we pulled into the local Burger King. The staff processed through out whole line of students and had them out the door with food in 9 minutes. 9 minutes! I still don't know how it was possible. They did this with smiles on their faces. In top of all of this, they refused to let our coaches pay for their food, thanking us for choosing their restaurant! I travel often with teenagers. This is the best fast food experience I have ever had. Well done Watertown...
