I highly suggest to go somewhere other than here if you’re planning to go with your bf. My bf and I decided to go check to the place out and what we got was slow service sat at the speaker for at least 5-7 min then when we finally got to the window and paid $13.09 for only two smoothies all the workers were just standing by the window as if they had nothing better to do with their job waited what felt like forever for our smoothies and when we finally got them one of the workers had written “you’re cute” on my bf’s smoothie. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Will never be going back there and will for sure be putting in a bad word for anyone who asks about the shop. My service is always GREAT! I come everyday at least once if not twice. I order both food and smoothies. The price is average, no complaints. Smoothie price is great for size and nutrition beats what my usual coffee drinks used to be. Those complaining I have to wonder about their intelligence levels. Wait times are busy for all food business during those times. Some of the other complaints are just bogus! Some need to learn how to order on the app. Not every smoothie or food product is going to be a persons favorite. It is a personal preference, not the businesses fault. Totally impressed!!! Never been to Tropical smoothie before, and I will be coming back every day!! Got 3 Smoothes 2 flat bread sandwich’s and one wrap all with sides. Only $40!!!! The gal taking our order through the drive through was so nice!! We only waited like 15 minutes total, including ordering!!! Not to mention the prices for the smoothie match the amount of drink you get! Totally worth it. Everyone in my family loved the food and drinks. Also!
