i absolutely love this place and go often with my friends. the workers are friendly (most of the time), there are tons of fun things to do, the food is amazing, but there are some issues.
birds are known for being sensitive to bright lights and loud noises. the bird has a small cage and seems like it’s always stressed out. this is unhealthy. the bird shouldn’t be in a small cage with a bunch of little kids running around and being loud, unsettling it.
another thing i want to add is me and my friend went about a week ago, and he is wheelchair bound. he used the elevator and when he got stuck, he pushed the button for help and no one came. when i went to get someone for help, not only were the workers rude to me and my friend, they treated us like we didn’t know what we were doing when in reality there was nothing else we could do.
overall i love this place, but i think the bird needs a loving home, not a loud arcade. and more handicapped...

The food is outstanding, we decided if we're ever craving pizza we're no longer ordering delivery but will be making the trip here as it's about the same price for the food & playground (or arcade), and that way the kids get to run off energy too. Read moreWe have a good time when we go to infinity fun. The kids really have fun. I think for the price ($45/person), it really should be an all day pass or at least 4 hours. We arrived around lunch last time and would have eaten pizza there, but opted to go somewhere else before we stopped because we knew the Littles would be excited to play and want to start on arrival, but once you start it's a 2 hour time crunch.
