Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elmwood Park

Ive been coming to this Dunkin for over three years and I have never had a problem, until today. I decided to deviate from my regular order and use up some of my DD reward points on a Mocha Latte. Upon receiving my order the new male cashier scanned my phone a few times and told me that it wasn't scanning and to wait while he called his manager on the phone. While waiting for over 10 minutes, i took a sip of my drink and discovered that he did not even give me what I ordered. After making him aware of his mistake, With an attitude, he told me that I ordered a peppermint mocha, I began telling him that I did not order that. After waiting a few more minutes of him to figure out what was wrong, I kindly placed the beverage on the take out window and drove of. I then drove 2 miles away to a different Dunkin to redeem my rewards, upon checking out, the cashier told me that the points for that beverage were already used. I looked at my transaction history on the app and saw that it was redeem at the previous location I was at.

I don't want to insult anyone at this location, because most are very friendly and go above and beyond to make this Dunkin run smoothly, but the gentlemen who assisted me on 11/13 at 12:26pm is a rude and incompetent, and should really go back to training before he is allowed to deal...

I never was so insulted in my life especially by a young female working at the Elmwood park dunkin donuts,Tuesday July 2nd around 7:15 pm I pulled up at the drive thru me and another car were waiting 10min for service, no one took our so I pulled up to the window thinking the drive thru might be broken. I was told by the one female worker sorry we didn't see you, she was the taller one and she is always nice then the shorter female worker comes to the window telling me to drive around again I said I waited 10min I'm not gonna drive around again why can't I just give you my order here she told me no you gotta drive around I replied to her that the service really really sucks around here lately and her response to me was: you no what else sucks around here, I asked her what she replied to me the customer all suck around here I started to drive off in disbelief as she yelled get out of here and cursed me in Spanish as she was clapping her hand. I visited this store as usual . That morning I order a wake up wrap , hasbrowns, and bagel with cream cheese , and 2 medium coffees. She also charged me for a bagel twist. I did not order that bagel twist . So I told the cashier and she refunded me . She stated she charged me because the last time I was there I did not pay for a bagel twist . So she insinuated that i stole from there . As I told her I paid for my transaction and it makes no sense for me to not pay for any items as I regularly go there . She continue arguing with me and she knew that she charged me without my consent. She refunded me . She stated that she printed the receipt from the oringal order . That order was over a month old . I told her that even if I was not charged why would that be my error and why are you charging me unknowingly. She is constantly rude and disgusting to her employees and customers .
