The rudest and most disrespectful manager I have ever met in my life. I came here on a chilly Monday afternoon with my friends after a long day of school. I decided to order through my phone while in the drive through to save some time. When we come up to the microphone, I tell them my name, and one of the workers tells me that someone already picked up my order. I tell them they must’ve made a mistake and ask if they could make my order for me again. Then the manager gets put onto the the speaker (one of the rudest and most disrespectful managers I have ever spoken with) and tells me that someone already picked up my order so they can’t make it again. I politely ask again if they could make my order again, seeing as I payed for it, and the manager starts yelling at me. “SIR, SOMEONE ALREADY PICKED UP YOUR ORDER”. We pull up to the window and I ask again, showing a picture of my receipt with my name, time of order, and order number. After a little bit of testifying, the manger finally agreed to give me the food I payed for. She walks back up to the window and throws the food into my car. A decent day turned into what was probably the worst manager interaction I have had in my life. It would be a disgrace to come back...
Read moreI have placed the order here tonight, and there was a mistake on the order. There was no way to know the mistake was present until I check the food and saw it was not fair. When I brought it to their attention the lady would not stop repeatedly telling me what that the receipt said, which I do not receive until I pay. when I looked at the receipt I realized that the number of products was incorrect. she said it cannot be fixed and she is not wrong. Mind you, she did not take the order, no one was trying to assign blame to anyone, we were just trying to get the right amount of products for the right amount of people in our car. the guy that took the order and realize there was a mistake try to make it all better but the angry, coffee-infused females present, had attitudes and we're trying to prove points that didn't make sense instead of just remedy the issue which was to add one extra order of chicken nuggets. Wth? I ended up just giving the receipt and all of the food back to the manager, explaining the problem and ask for a refund to which she helped me with. Read moreHey this Restaurant the windows need to be shaded at night time cause it's very dangerous you anybody could see the worker's from the outside window and it's very clear so you guys need protection on the entrance of the restaurant doors a better lock on the and shaded windows for this restaurant and there should be better workers for this restaurant not Mexican this restaurant should be own by the black people that speak English and they should have two mangers for this restaurant one in the morning and one at night and you guys should be working from 8:00am to 12:00am and for the drive thru windows you guys need protection on those windows so it could be better for the workers.
