Burger King — Restaurant in Eloy

The girl with long dark hair at the drive thru and the gray haired middle aged woman who works the register did something to my Coke. I had originally ordered a medium coke. When I came up to the window, I asked the girl if I could change it to a large. She got a frustrated look, like I had ruined her day. Without replying, she dumped the medium coke that she was filling up into a large cup, but instead of continuing to fill it up, she walked it over to the gray haired lady who was at the register. I thought maybe the machine was out of coke and she couldn’t leave the drive thru so she asked the gray haired lady to fill the rest of it. It was odd but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. All I did was change the size of my soda, it was not a difficult request. It didn’t cross my mind that they would do something to my drink. But when I got soda and took a sip, it did not taste right at all. I immediately went inside, dumped the contents and filled it up with Coke at the self vending machine, and the Coke tasted the way it should, so they definitely did something to it. God knows what they put in it. Could I have ended up in the emergency room if I had drank the whole thing? Will I catch some sort of disease if they had spit in it? That drive thru girl and gray haired lady are unprofessional and should not be working in any food establishment. For your health and safety avoid this Burger King like the plague. I walked over to this Burger King from Petro to get a meal. I ordered a whopper meal with cheese and no onions and with bacon. Proceed to wait for them to call my number and when I sat down to eat the meal I was not satisfied at all with the burger I ordered. The burger looked like it was just thrown together with the barely existent lettuce and tomatoes looked they were the only thing fresh and the meat was not warm at all after one bite.. I took it back to the counter to the young lady working and told her the burger wasn't warm at all and she didn't even say she was sorry about the problem and I told what the burger was and I told her I wanted a fresh burger cooked off the grill! So I waited for them to remake the burger fresh. Second time around was better with fresh hot burger to eat and enjoy! Why is it so hard to get a fresh hot burger off the grill everytime and not something that was already cooked ahead of time and probably put in a bin to keep it hot for the next customer to eat? Next time I stop here in Eloy to park for the night I will not come back to this Burger King! So everyone else who reads this review, you have been warned! Check your meal! It is beyond me how that night manager is still here. I don't really know where to go from here. I have never met anyone more rude won't answer the phone after they know they've messed up your order so you have to go all the way back down there. Just to be treated like dirt. If you order a mushroom and Swiss sandwich and you think about that all day long and you get it home and you open it up and it has orange cheese on it American that is. I hardly think that that's a mushroom Swiss burger. After going back down there and asking why they don't answer the phone and never got an answer just got rolled eyes. She holds the sandwich and looks at me and says well we must be out of Swiss so they put American. I said and you don't make the customer aware of this more rolled eyes and just expected me to take that sandwich and be happy and eat it. So after all the rudeness I just chose to do a return I will never ever ever ever go back to this Burger King I've been in my town for 9 years and again it's beyond me how this lady is a manager her employees see that she's rude and they even look shocked and try to fix her mistakes get rid of her please.
