I’ve consistently had bad experiences with this Dunkin’, but today was the last straw, so I feel compelled to leave a review.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The hot coffee tasted watered down, and the wrap I purchased had to be thrown away because the tortilla was stale and appeared unsanitary to eat.
The management at this location is particularly concerning. One of the managers argued with me when I pointed out that she was handling both money and food with the same gloves. Despite witnessing this myself, she denied it—a response that was both unprofessional and unacceptable.
Although this Dunkin’ is conveniently located near my home and has a drive-through, I strongly advise against letting convenience outweigh quality. Starting your day with their coffee or food could easily ruin your morning. Read moreThis is my absolute favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. The croissants are on point every time I get a croissant with the cheese and the sausage. The croissants are light and fluffy, and I love it. I also get the refreshers and sip on that all day. All the flavors are delicious (notably I’ve never tried watermelon.) I would also highly recommend having the refresher mix with green tea because lemonade that level of sugar is gonna make your teeth fall out. lol. Not even my 11-year-old twins can handle the overload of sugar. But with the green tea!
The service is great too. 10 out of 10. I love the people that work at the window. They’re so nice. They’re so friendly. I even ask them their name and have a little chitchat with them.

However, after trying their drink today, I found it to be undrinkable. I thought I could get it fixed at my regular store, where I'm a frequent and high-spending customer. Sadly, I was met with rudeness when the manager, Vaiannie and the other manager, insisted I pay for a replacement.
