Subway — Restaurant in Ely

I just had a bad experience a few weeks ago bu the owner contacted me and apologized so I decided to give it another try after all people make mistakes.Anyways our dinner tonight was upsetting at least for my husband. He ordered a turkey, bacon and guacamole on white toasted and I requested in the note at the bottom that the veggies be put on top of the meat. So the sandwich came foot long turkey bacon NO GUACAMOLE on HERB &cheese bread and of course MEAT ON TOP THE VEGGIES. And let me tell about the veggies- actually I guess there's not to tell because there wasn't but few of them on there-same with the meat. Really hoping the employees start putting alittle...

Usually a very consistent subway with fresh vegetables unlike a few other franchises. The only issue I have with this place is that they don't put the double cheese on select sandwiches like every other subway. It's probably just a franchisee decision but it's not a very consistent one if it is since as a brand, the customer expects it. There's been a few times I've gotten double meat and they give me the deluxe portion instead, yet charge me for a double. I'm guessing it's just a training thing that needs to be dealt with.
