Terrible customer service.
We called and place a pretty simple order, large pizza and small breadsticks which came to $30 with tip. I asked at the beginning of the order if they could please include plates, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper on the delivery. The young man on the phone said they could so I said okay please do that. After placing the order I confirmed again as we are staying in a hotel and obviously didn't bring all of that with us. The delivery man shows up and doesn't have any of that with him, and then looks at me and says "what do you want me to say, I didn't take the order". Even though I was shocked at his rudeness I paid him for the pizza and left a nearly 20% tip, expecting that the issue would be corrected.
I called the pizzeria to let them know they forgot part of our order and the young woman who answered the phone acted very irritated I would call over something like plates and condiments, then cut me off and gave me some lame excuse to put me on hold after I let her know we just wanted the order to be filled as it was placed. It was a weird reaction, and still I don't understand why they acted like we were the ones who had made a mistake?
I cannot believe that a customer service business that was recommended to us as a "great local place" by the hotel would act so put out when they were the ones who made a mistake. My husband works as a delivery driver and if they make a mistake they apologize and fix it, no big deal. Will definitely never order here again traveling through Ohio, and will let the hotel know as well what a "great local place"...
Read moreAbout a week ago, I ordered 1 calzone for pick up, and had a pretty disappointing experience. First I was told it would be ready about 15-20 min, I arrived about 30 min after I placed the call. Was greeted right away and paid, the cashier walked back to I thought grab my order but disappeared. I waited patiently assuming it was just not ready yet.
While I waited I watched an employee putting together bowls of pasta using ungloved hands to put noodles in the bowl (she used her bare hand to push the rigatoni down in the bowl). During this she sneezed out in to the open air, then put on gloves and continued working and then sneezed multiple more times not once stopping to wash or sanitize or anything. I understand places are understaffed but rule #1 in food service as far as I was taught is supposed to be don't come to work if you're sick. Let alone in a time of a global health crisis.. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES! We're all in this together..
Anyway after maybe 7-10 minutes of waiting another employee asked if I had been helped and walked right back to grab my calzone that had been sitting there the whole time.
This location seems to need some help from upper management or something. The wait was annoying but not a huge deal. The food was decent but thinking about that girl sneezing all over the place kind...
Read moreI came in on a Tuesday night to be greeted to the sweaty hairy butt crack of employee shiquan, as I came to the front desk I was taken care of by A young man by the name of chase who had barbecue sauce on the corners of his mouth. He asked “what do you want” with a very rude demeanor. I told him Hay I would like to buy a 12 inch Meatza Pizza for dine in and he told me they’d have it out in 10 minutes or so and to have a seat. A few minutes passed and chase came to give me my plate and silverware and assured me that the pizza would be coming out soon. What happened next I could not make up. Recently promoted manager Caeleb Oliver came up behind me and knocked me unconscious with a large piece of wood. I woke up hours later tied up in the back room of the restaurant. I was later put into a large truck and blindfolded and forced to work on the owner of the pizza joint Joe’s farm where I plowed fields and tended to the crops that would be used to make The ingredients in the pizza. I highly recommend to not come to this pizza place for This very reason, however they do make one hell...
