Ordered a Big John roast beef sandwich and got a piece of soggy bread with 1 thin slice of roast beef! Where are the vegetables etc? Then when I called to let them know my order was totally messed up they replied, “would you like a credit or to come back and have your sandwich remade?” I said I would like a credit and an extra credit for my wasted time, gas, and money. They said they could only fix their mistake. I said I will never be back again period! And the so called district manager gets on the phone misrepresenting her position- lying and defends their mistake by saying this is all we do. No customer service skills whatsoever! And I asked for her name and she replied, “I’m not at liberty to give that info.” Yes you actually are supposed to give your name along with your proper position. Owner - listen, i have been in customer service for 20years, and this is crap. i am currently sitting in your "freaky fast" line FOR 25MINS. why you may ask? because you have zero staff! why? where are you? yes as an owner you have a life - which i totally understand! however, this is YOUR BUSINESS. is this not your livelihood? and it is failing miserably because you choose to allow these things to happen in your store. Every time I put in a mobile order here I end up having to wait as if I just ordered the food. I put in my mobile order with The time set for as soon as possible, drove 20 minutes to get here and then got my food after people who ordered after I had already been sitting there waiting. What's even the point of doing the mobile order then. I don't get an infinite amount of time to spend on my lunch break.
