Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Elyria

Tonight I decided to order from a Marco's 11 minutes away even though this location is less than a mile from our home. The food is always hot so that's definitely not the problem. I have had a lot of orders with a severe lack of cheese on them. Cheese bread orders would have half with some cheese and the other half absolutely nothing on it. For 6 dollars it would be nice to at least have some cheese on the food. It's just not worth the money for this location. Way too much of a hassle and stress for the amount of money I spend there. The manager Brooke is and has been extremely rude and nasty. She's very short tempered and can't even look at you when she's talking to you. She lied about toppings, made a pizza wrong after we had to have the first one remade. If your website doesn't offer double crust toppers then why is it on the receipt and an option online for both the cheese...

I ordered 2 sheet pizzas on 9/11 which was the day before my daughter's birthday lunch at school 9/12. I get to the location and my pizza is not done. The "manager" told me that the person who took the order put it in for 11:15PM instead of am. She said she could get it cooking immediately and offered a very small discount. Upon leaving I realized that they closed at 11pm so how could the order be for after the closed. LIAR! Needless to say I was late with lunch and many of the kids did not have time to eat. I am. Very upset and disheartened that the "manager" felt a need to lie instead of saying she had not checked the computer. First and last time...

Can I just express how greatly appreciative I am for this pizza place. Their sauce and crust is dairy free and I can eat most toppings here. When I place a web order and select no cheese, they ALWAYS call to make sure it’s correct. And when I tell them I have a dairy allergy I have never once gotten an annoyed or chastised tone from anyone for ordering pizza like I have from other places. They also tell me they are going to take extra steps to try to make sure no cheese gets on it.
