McDonald's — Restaurant in Encinitas

Mauricio is the only employee there thats actually nice and has good customer service skills. All the other employees are ALWAYS RUDE and they think because we use coupons from the Mcdonalds app that were always trying to get free food. The tall skinny hispanic employee that works there who always looks like hes gona fall asleep, and like hes too cool to be at work, refused to take our order once because "he didnt want to deal with us again". Even the manager there is incompetent. One time I went there and there were two female employees working the register and one walked by the other and spanked her right in front of us. Then that employee hit the other on the hat and they both started laughing. This all happening while my husband and I stand there waiting for our order to be taken. If u wanna be flirty with each other do it on ur own time, I dont want to see that. It actually made me lose my appetite. Especially when the one who touched the other girls butt did not wash her hands. This location used to be the best one, but now its the worst. The playpen is always dirty and sticky. The tables are never clean. The floor always has food and soda splashed all over it and the ketchup dispenser had a dozen flies buzzing around it. All this cleaning needs to be done yet the...

FLY EGGS -

Yes, you read that right. Fly eggs iside my burger. This Sunday at 10 AM I bought 2 sausage egg Mc Muffin. When I opened the first burger, there were fly eggs in the middle of the bread, I spat out the Mc muffin and threw it away. And of course, I couldn't eat the second snack. I decided to go back to Mc Donalds in the afternoon to tell them that I found fly eggs in my burger, but the manager mocked me and said that was impossible. He asked if I had photos or anything to prove it, I said no. Finally, I went back to my car and inside my backpack I found the second burger that I hadn't eaten, and to my surprise, I found more fly eggs inside it. I took the second Mc muffin to the manager and he said again that this was impossible and asked me if I wanted a refund for both snacks. I thought this was absurd and said that it was not a question of refund but of Public Health, that he should check his inventory and discard these rotten breads full of fly eggs. He didn't care much and said there was nothing he could do. I decided to post this here to warn all of you: PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING, BECAUSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS DISGUSTING!!!🤮

Saw the commercial on TV here in the San Diego market that McD's was changing up their burgers. The Hamburgler is back on the attack and I thought, "I need to try the new re-vamped burgers." To be honest I haven't liked Mc D burgers since the 80's.

Upon arrival I saw no mention of the "new" burgers. When I asked the person taking my order about the new burgers he literally had no idea what I was talking about. I was told "same old burgers". So, I almost walked out, but ordered chicken sando instead. It was alright. The fries were OK. Drink dispenser was missing several covers so it was mystery soda. I think it was regular Coke. I wanted Coke Zero but wasn't up for the challange of tasting them all in search of it.

In full disclosure I never eat Mc Donalds. I try not to eat fast food at all. After seeing the commercial I admit I was enticed to try the "new" burger changes. Childhood nostalgia and curiosity got the best of me.

Unfortunately it didn't happen. May not go back, even if it is confirmed the burgers have been changed like the commercial advertised. I just got caught up in a childhood memory of the good old days and wanted to like Mc D burgers...
