first time coming here. bit understaffed ( one girl running around to make all the orders ). i spent 40$ on 2 smoothies, a bowl and a shot. i also tipped a bit. on my way out (too many items to carry, no smoothie carrier available) the vitality shot slid off the top of my smoothie and fell on the ground, the cheap plastic split and my shot practically exploded. mind you I just left the shop like 30 seconds prior. went right back and had to wait like 10 minutes (understaffed). when i explained that i dropped my shot, the woman working actually charged me for another one!!! i was honestly a bit baffled, i’ve worked in food service before and it’s known that accidents happen and the customer normally doesn’t have to repay. it’s not like a needed my whole 40$ back, just a new shot. (A FOUR FIFTY DOLLAR SHOT). i probably won’t be back, the smoothies are good but the worker left a sour taste in my mouth. not a good way to...

Terrible customer service. Called and asked if I could place a to go order. The employee was speaking very quietly and zero enthusiasm and said a flat “yes”. I let her know I had never been in before and I was interested in an açaí bowl. She said that they have a lot of options and let me know what the basic bowl consisted of. I said ok great and went to ask if they could add one thing and she was already saying goodbye and about to hang up. Not a thank you, see you soon. Her English was poor and along with her quiet speak and zero interaction I wasn’t even sure if she was making the bowl or expecting me to come in first. I’m always so shocked when I receive this kind of service. I take pride in my work place personally and would never have an exchange like this. My favorite smoothie place ever! Great smoothies and protein shakes. I love to come here after a workout. My one complaint is that the hours say 9-4:30 but several times I’ve showed up well after 9 or well before 4:30 to find the store closed and it was a huge inconvenience as I was trying to stop in before work or after a workout. If the store isn’t gonna be open when the hours on Google and the sign say, please update it! It’s a huge inconvenience to drive up there to find it closed when it’s supposed to be open. Luckily I rarely encounter this issue since I usually come in the middle of the day. The owner and employees are very nice! I recommend this place...
