Bought a sandwich here last week and it made me sick for 3 days. I gave the same guy that served me that sandwich a second try last night and it was the worst experience ever.
Guys on his phone while making sandwiches, touching it with his gloves on that he is still making sandwiches with, the person on the other end of his video chat was heckling the interaction, he speaks terrible English and is just straight up rude. And it gets worse from there.
Told him about the sandwich that made me sick and they refused to accept responsibility even though it was very apparent they weren't rotating their tuna and getting sick as I did, is a clear reaction to spoiled fish.
He yelled at me threatened to callbthe cops, put his fingers in my face and recorded me numerous times when I asked him not to.
Finally got the manager on the line and he said this attendant i was dealing with was crying when he called him to ask him what happened. I never saw him crying, I saw him repeatedly disrespect a customer and then act like he was within his rights to be so inappropriate. The manager refused to comp the sandwich so I called corporate.
Save yourself the grief and possibly several days of throwing up both ends and don't eat here.
It's dirty.
Most of the employees barely understand english.
The manager is ridiculous cheap.
None if them know a lick about customer service at all.
And being completely serious here, they dont stand behind the goods and services they provide with any notable effort.
Dont buy food here, there's a chance you'll get sick and they...

I think she was upset when I asked for extra spinach I started to notice how sloppy she continued to make my sandwich. Not fair. I should have listened to myself when I wanted to open the sandwich right in front of her and taken a picture of the sandwich in front of her. My lunch break was ruined. Employee did not use serving scoop for the mozzarella and completely skimped out. ( I would know from working at 5 different subways for many years). The meatballs tasted like they had been sitting in the hotwell for 3 days. One of the absolute worst sandwiches I’ve EVER had. Not to mention the store is completely outdated. Still using old black plastic Cambros and a 20 year old over and toaster. The line was a complete mess with vegetables everywhere. And to top it all off there freestyle soda machine was out of more than half of the available options. Complete disgrace to the name of subway....
