This Starbucks has a consistent strong crew from 7 am to about 11 am. Then, one never knows. Like 90% of the stores, inconsistent in regards to hours, to product and last few hours one can expect rude/unprofessionalism, too. One drives miles to get to destination at open hours and find it closed or not telling you the truth or else watching them turn away daily customers on their breaks, etc. Over and over this store has been closing the Lobby early, (including no Wifi) due to employees calling in unable to work and/or other employees not willing to fill in. But, other stores turn off the internet in order to turn away customers "politely". In general, the morning early early openings were for a long time severely impacted from the poor closures previous evenings. I give my darndest and wish Long Haul didn't include 12-15 hours of pure exhaustion, sleep that is so darndest persistent. Starbucks brewed caffeine or decaf always welcome. Read moreSometimes the order is right sometimes its not. One day specifically i ordered three drinks and a double smoked bacon sandwich at the counter. I added one shot into mine and changed to half and half on another. My drink they added 5 extra shots instead of one, they remade the drink and let me have the one with 5 shots and then they also gave me an impossible sandwich instead of my double smoked bacon. I told them i wanted the bacon sandwich so the manager yells out for a gouda and bacon, i go with it just because it was the next sandwich coming out ready anyways i take it get to my car grab the sandwich and it has no bacon. I go back into the store i get yet another bacon gouda because wouldn't you know it, it was already coming out they give me two drink cards for a free drink next time both valued at about $4 i get to work... late since i had to keep getting things remade only to find out the drink that was supposed to made into half and half instead of 2% milk was in fact just milk instead of half and half and the drink couldn't be drunk because the person that wanted it was lactose intolerant. I put 3 stars because at least they tried to fix their mistake even though it wasn't ever...
Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee… ended up canceling my order and requesting a refund (was told there were still five coffees ahead of mine). There was only one employee at the register and one making all of the drinks. Manager and another employee were in the back… when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, she did not seem to care or even try to rectify the issue (made excuses and did not even apologize for the bad experience). They refunded the cost of the coffee but would not refund the tip that I gave (nothing like tipping for horrible service and no coffee).
