Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

Me and my fiancé will never go to this dunkin again. This woman who works the drive thru who looks like hell for one , sneezed as soon as we handed her our card . Did not wash her hands , had her mask off of her face . The worst of it was she handed us are card back with the same hand she sneezed in with not washing her hands. Then to top it off when she handed us our coffee she had 2 dollars bills in the same hand with the coffee. There is a worldwide pandemic going on, Dunkin’ is a huge business that supplies peoples coffees daily and they hire some of the scumiest people there are! I hope to god people be careful with who they serve , their are people dieing left and right and we have careless people in the food industry that don’t give and thought to...

Completely disappointed at the customer service today. The woman at the drive-thru (who was not wearing a name tag) gave me the wrong order. When I told her I asked for hot-coffee, she did not hear me. I said it a bit louder so she could hear me. Perhaps she mistook that as an attitude problem because she threw the wrong order in the garbage and began to make the correct order like a teenage girl throwing a tantrum because she had to do her chores. Normally, I would not make an issue out of it but she left the window open and began to mutter under her breath. This is usually my stop on my way into work but I will be going to the Dunkin by my job instead...

By far one of the lowest established and poorly managed Dunkin' branded franchises. They were kinda good quality wise from Christmas thru the end of January then their quality dropped off significantly no consistency between sandwiches I.e. one sandwich may have an okay looking bagel and the next would look like when you put your hand in a bathtub for a while and it wrinkles. I have also seen expired milk 3 days past in their front cooler as well as im fairly certain i heard some nasty productive coughing from behind the donut racks.
