I wanted to love this place, I really did. My husband and I went on a Saturday late morning. The idea of the coffee flight is what pulled me in along with the delicious sounding bakery options, specifically the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll.

The building itself is very cute but small inside. We sat outside and there was plenty of seating. We both ordered the Barista Treasure coffee flight which allowed the barista to choose your four flavors. In addition, we ordered a strawberry muffin and a Fruity Pebble Waffle. I wanted to order the Strawberry Cinnamon Roll but it was out.

We didn’t enjoy any of the items unfortunately. The coffee flight is a great concept. However, all of the favors tasted like milk with ice in it. There were no distinct flavors or even taste of coffee. This was extremely disappointing. The woman who served us said she would be back out to explain the flavors as they are abbreviated on the board. However, she never returned.

The food items both tasted like bread. There was minimal flavor and the muffin was very dry. The pricing was not proportionate with what we purchased as I spent approximately $35.00 on these items.

As I said, I wanted to love the place but flavor and texture need to be as much of a priority...

I hope everyone has the chance to experience this one-of-a-kind gem. I travel for work, I’m always somewhere around the country. This is, by far, the BEST coffee shop I’ve ever been to, and it’s close to home!! My cousin and I have become regulars here and do our best to make weekly trips. Today, they made me love them even more. I told the owners that my cousin’s birthday was coming and they were so generous to offer a free coffee flight and pastry for her on our next visit. When we came to cash that in, we ordered more on top of that, but they surprised us with the entirety of our order on the house as appreciation and thanks. Please, do yourself a favor and stop in and meet these wonderful people. This is an atmosphere that will leave you returning for more. This place is a local treasure. The treats and goodies appear to be made onsite or locally sourced from other small businesses. The staff are courteous and polite, with a strong attention to detail. They clearly take pride in both the quality of the food and the service provided. Bring a little patience when ordering during peak hours. The place is small, so sometimes the demand might outpace the room for staff. The small space does make for a cozy environment to escape the crazy day and indulge.

We have visited several times and have never been disappointed with a single item.

Another bonus is this business supports the local community. We have seen them donate to the schools for fundraisers and are grateful for their support.
