This review is to PRAISE!!! CASS AND GABE! both extremely helpful in an unfortunate situation.. I placed an order on the DQ app this past weekend and when I got to the location they couldn’t find my order, I showed Gabe that my order on the app showed “in progress” and what the items were.. with no hesitation, Gabe and Cass apologized for the error and started putting together my order. While waiting we got to talking and I mentioned that while I placed the order I accidentally got out of the DQ app and when I came back into it a message saying “this order had already been placed” displayed and all my items were still showing in my cart. But when I went to my orders page it showed that order “in progress” .. so seems like it was an App issue and it didn’t actually send the order to the store. Both CASS and GABE, were very friendly and accommodating while I waited for the food, and it was absolutely delicious! This is a long review but i see someone else “Alix yourr ” made a review and bashed CASS, while posting a picture of her and that is not right. This young lady was extremely helpful through this, and this issue was nothing that could be controlled by the workers at this location and they handled this beautifully.

Read moreI ordered a Mocha Moolatte... I'm not certain what I received but it wasn't a Moolatte. I went back in to nicely address the issue and before I could even finish my sentence the young lady snatched the item from my hand and forcefully threw it in the trash can, immediately walked back and began to make me another. She handed it to me after she was finished and I tried it and it still didn't taste like or look anything like a Moolatte. What she made was white with brown chocolate specks throughout it and was nearly tasteless. I asked her if they had changed it and she told me no. But I've been getting these for more than 15 years. It's the only thing I ever order. It's my favorite! And I'm telling you this was not made correctly. But I didn't argue with her and accepted her offer to make me another. The next one still tasted nothing like it but I was not going to have her continue to throw these out and make new ones. She was very compliant with addressing the issue but she did it in a very rude manner. Not sure if I would be returning to this particular location considering the Moolatte is all I ever order and I didn't even want to finish what I had received that night. Read moreI just tried to go and get one blizzard and the outside open sign was on and it was before closing time by 15 minutes. Menu board was off and no employees had headsets on inside, after waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes I pulled up to window, after waiting a few minutes I honked and a girl looked around the corner and backed away, did it again and a girl and 2 others opened the window and rudely said “yea”. I then politely asked if they were open and was rudely told they decided to close early. She also pretended not to hear me.I then suggested putting out a sign to inform customers of this inconvenience and was rudely told she doesn’t control it. Also suggested turning off the “open” led sign out front. Was told that she isn’t working up front so she isn’t doing that. Then proceeded to rudely cuss at me as I drove away.
