McDonald's — Restaurant in Englewood

I wish I could give zero stars but that is not an option. Ordered online on Nov. 8th around 6:15pm and went to get my food. Let the cashier know I was there. All I got was a mcflurry, buttermilk chicken sandwich, and a large fanta.... so why did I wait almost 35 minutes for the first attempt at my food? The cashier looked miserable and barely talked or had any customer service skills. She's been this way the past 2 or 3 times I've been there. The girl who made my mcflurry obviously didnt do it right and had to get help but then wanted to make me look stupid and when I complained that it was melted. She apparently had said online order (I repeat...said... not announced or yelled) in a room full of people and even the people before me said they never heard it. The people after me got their large order before me and THEY apologized....not the staff...the family.... apologized. After 30 minutes I was finally asked (by a nice Male worker who looked overwhelmed) what I was waiting on. I told them that my mobile order said it was given to me but here I am waiting. I told him what I had and ms. Mcflurry maker with an extra side of attitude got in his face saying very unprofessionally "I called that out! Didn't I call that out?! She just didn't come get it." Ok bit if you want to get paid that 15 dollars an hour yall want so bad how about you lose the attitude, give me my food, get some customer service skills, and learn to read. Obviously you don't know how because you gave me my mcflurry and said bye. Once again lose the attitude and learn to read. I had a sandwich and a drink. So she rolled her eyes, threw my (now cold) sandwich in a bag, grabbed a cup put it on the counter, and said this is yours right? Did we not just go over this 2 seconds ago. The man apologized as I got my drink and offered to make me a new mcflurry since mine was now quite melted. I just wanted to get out of there so I said no, thanked him and left. The fanta syrup I found out on my way home was almost out so my drink was mostly carbonation and after eating a fourth of my sandwich a long piece of plastic (like from where they cut the top off the bag of lettuce) was mixed in my sandwich. I'm done with this place. If you want attitude, more talking than working, poor service and not the best food for cheap... then this place is 5 stars otherwise I'd try a...

I don't know which restaurant this post will go to but I'm reviewing the restaurant in Englewood, OH. This place just keeps getting worse! They hire a lot of high school students who show no responsibility whatsoever. I pulled into the drive-thru just before 6pm on the 28th. I placed my order, which looked correct on the display (my usual order is #7 meal, no pickles and no onions) and this was at 6:01 pm. I sat at the pick up window and watched the youngsters horseplaying and laughing, but no one was prepping my order so that I could leave. The young girl hands me my drink, which is dripping at the bottom--um, no, I'm gonna need napkins or for her to clean it off--I asked her if I could have napkins to clean off the bottom and she takes the drink, closes the window, and starts this loud conversation that I could not understand. Was she MAD because she handed me a sloppily filled cup? Don't know, didn't care! Then, I can hear her telling others that my order still didn't have fries in the bag...where are the fries?? She keeps pleading for someone to get the fries and after she gets the order completed she hands the bag to me, at 6:13 pm. While I'm sitting at the window, watching this horror show of sorts, I ready the phone number on my phone and call it as soon as I pull away. A lady answers and I can hear all of the loudness of these kids but can hardly hear her! I ask if she is the Manager and she says she is, so I tell her about the poor customer service and that someone needs to make the kids responsible for their actions. Their display is a reflection of the restaurant and the owners and was unappreciated. Her response? Her response was "sorry about that." Really? That's it?? And, to top it off, one of my burgers had onions and pickles on it and the fries had been dumped into the bag!! I am now officially boycotting this particular restaurant because I have reviewed it many times over the years and hoped it would improve but it...

Show up at 9am order 2 hash browns and a large black coffee. The folks behind me order a bunch of food. They get there’s before I get mine, again two hash browns and a large coffee…. Still waiting ten minutes later and I STILL haven’t gotten my coffee. They finally come up to the counter and ask what I’m waiting on…. LARGE BLACK COFFEE I said for the 3rd time. Just to be told That the coffee is just now starting to be rude. And I overheard them saying that they use the last of the coffee on the people that ordered after me. So what you’re telling me is the three extremely simple ordered items that I had were put aside for the order that went after me Because what they spent more money? All I know is this particular establishment has gone way downhill there’s a reason why they have only two stars and dropping. They do not hire confident staff they’re all a bunch of high school students that would rather be picking their nose in class somewhere else. They always act bored. They’re always goofing around behind the counter, and I remember going in one time and hearing a young lady. Yell at someone four times to get off their cell phone so they do not take this job. Seriously if you wanna be making as much as you’re making the flip burger Patti, you need to start taking your damn job seriously . Luckily, the manager ended up replacing the two hashbrowns because by the time I was able to eat them they were cold, but still no communication little to no anything from this location anymore. It’s just adding on to the multiple stores that are dwindling downhill since the pandemic because nobody wants to work...
