Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Englewood

I'm a long time customer of this store. They are one of the rare ones that deliver out to where I live. I ordered some pizza for the kids and I one night. We knew it was busy and we were looking at a hour and half wait. That's fine, we ordered a little earlier... Not even 45 minutes later we got a message saying our pizza was out for delivery. So the kids started taking turns sitting at the door waiting and waiting. Another hour and a half later I called to check on my pizza. Talked to the call center people who said it had showed it was delivered but also showed that it was supposed to be delivered at another time so he forwarded me to the store. I talked to the manager there who told me it showed delivered but sometimes if his driver has one close he will mark them both off. Told me to hold on and he will call his driver. So I wait. He came back and said his driver was up the road and should be there soon. Since it was a fairly decent night we decided to stay and wait on the porch. The kids were so ready to eat and it was getting pretty late. Another hour and half goes by and I call two more times to get no answer... Never received my pizza. I spent 46 dollars on pizza and a tip, the tip being almost 10 dollars. Also, it was so late my kids literally had to eat whatever we had laying in the house. We took the loss but I have still yet to see a refund. All I asked is for my money to be returned. We obviously took the loss of the pizza but that was a lot of money on food we never got! Still not heard nothing from that store. Called 48 hours later and was told by one manager that he'd refer and give my number to his boss, but somehow the number on my profile that they've actually called me from before didn't show up in their system to show an order now. (Pretty sure this was the manager I talked to the night I called to check on my pizza.) Got an email back from customer service saying something was submitted to whatever manager about a refund and I have still yet...

So there was a little bit of a hiccup today. Somebody came in and took my order. But these wonderful amazing sweetest. Humans on this planet went above and beyond. To make my food as fresh as possible The most delicious food ever. To add-on to More of how one Absolutely wonderful. These people are, they gave us a free side of Boneless wings and a free 2 litter, which they absolutely did not have to do. But which I absolutely so much appreciate it!!! & it's absolutely ridiculous & disgusting that anyone can come into a VERY BUSY RESTAURANT ON FRIDAY NIGHT! & say there working for DoorDash or ubereats & steal someone food.. So these overworked underpaid. Workers have to make the order all over again. Because people like that is absolutely so just Disgusting.. I will say they're absolutely amazing. Top-notch my son ate So much pizza and so many cheesy sticks. The hubby loved the wings. The pizza everything was top-notch and delicious and I appreciate. How lovely and nice and friendly and amazing. These people were and how accommodating they were to the situation. Because it was no way there fault at ALL! it was a busy Friday night and somebody took advantage of that Situation Disgraceful. I just want to say thank you so much to all these wonderful. Update October, 2020 Due to some last minute issues with dinner we ended up ordering delivery. Seems like they have ironed out the issues with all the Covid19 stuff going on. Order was on time and correct, in fact it was one of the best looking pizzas I've ever received from Pizza Hut. Driver followed all the no contact stuff to a T and once he saw i had retrieved my food he yelled "Have a nice night" from our sidewalk. Now just hoping the next time we order we have a similar experience. Good job pizza hut.

Update Aug, 2020 (1 star) Placed an order for contact less delivery, driver shows up and knocks on my door and stands there. I open the door and said "hey this was supposed to be contact less". He just shrugged and said "O ok". Then hands me 3 box's which to i replied "Are you sure this is all my order as I ordered 4 items" he replied ya it should be in the bottom box" well it wasn't. So I call and they give me the option to remake and deliver it or give me a credit. I told the guy I'm not going wait 45 more minutes, so I opted for a credit.

September, 2019 (4 star) Have always recieved decent service and food from this location. Normally we order carry out, have had a few times where we had to wait a little longer for our food to be finished up. But if there defense we normally order on busy night.
