I noticed at the front desk that there was a news article that named Mango Tree Café one of the top ten Thai places in Oklahoma. After eating there I see why. How to describe the food? Sophisticated. It's presented with care but not in a snobby-drizzle-of-something-with-inedible-garnish kind of way. Today I tried the Summer Rolls, Chicken Satay, and the Pad See Ew with chicken. The server made a few suggestions, and they were terrific. The Tom Yum soup was delicious. The curry spiced exactly right. The Pad Thai is to die for! Haven't had such great Thai food since serving overseas! This place is now on our...
