Every single time I go to this McDonald's (drive through) something goes wrong for me personally. I have a client in Enid I see every Friday, and every Friday I work a sixteen to eighteen hour shift and am to tired to cook after driving back home to Stillwater.
Every and I can't stress this enough EVERY time I go either they give me the wrong order, my order comes out cold, it takes twenty minutes to get the order at the window, or they are extreamly rude and snotty at me. (I get working fast food sucks butts, I've worked in it for years, but it just makes me feel unwelcome)
The other day I payed for the person behind me and the guy at the register acted like I'd asked to rob the place. It took him two minutes to listen to what I was saying, and another three to get his manager to finnaly come over and have the order payed for. It totally felt like a r/TIFU post.
Either way, I don't expect much from fast food anyway, but this one has been particularly bad for me... I'll probably still go in Friday because I'm lazy...
Read moreFirst of all, can I just say how terrible the food service was on Saturday, April 14th 2018 Circa 7:35 p.m. in the Drive-Thru? I placed an order for 3 McChickens, a large fry, and a medium fry, and I paid $8.06 at the drive-thru and I didn't even get my change back from the lady that was working the drive-thru. Oh and ironically this lady was also the manager that night, which is hilarious because she offered terrible service! This lady should be immediately fired from her position or demoted because I have worked drive-thru before and this lady skills are so incompetent! She failed to give me my receipt and I had to argue with her about that terrible mistake she made. I was missing a burger and I was hungry already! She didn't have to make me mad. She said I was lying. Pathetic. Also do you really say that you wouldn't give me my food just because I was being assertive and I was proving my point? I think I'm going to call corporate and report this. I think we can all do the math here. :)

Edit: I want to say as of late I have had issues with time. I ordered yesterday (10/1/2021) on the app for curbside pickup and waited almost 30 minutes for my food and I had to go inside myself. Even after all that I got home and they missed my son's chicken nuggets and got my mom's burger order wrong. I understand a lot of places are understaffed, but I don't think anyone is over the age of 20 that works here and a lot of them just stand around talking with each other and ignoring customers. I am really disappointed lately with the customer service aspect of this location. My review has been changed from 4 stars to 2 and will stay this way until they improve.
