Subway — Restaurant in Enid

I was here at 12:10 today 4/8/24. This is lunch hour most places. I am a nurse with limited time to eat. There were 4 people ahead of me. It took 45 minutes to get my order which came only after I complained twice. Get to pay and an employee was counting out the register in the middle of noon. Had to wait to pay. I asked one girl who had no name tag on if she would take my order sinc she was just standing doing nothing and she shook her head “no”. They were handing sandwiches to customers not in a bag and no napkins. Five people left without getting waited on. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I love Subway sandwiches but will never come back here and will be very vocal about this experience. Not one employee offered to say I am so sorry or give an excuse. Also out of roast beef. Bad,...

New menu is very limited. Only 3 types of bread plus flat bread now. Food is way over-priced for what you get. We bought 3 sandwich combos (2 foot long subs and a 6" sub) and the price came to $45!! There is hardly enough meat on any sandwich. Once you get veggies on your sandwich you have to search for the meat. The two ladies working were fantastic, friendly and semi-quick at getting us through the line. The restaurant itself was freezing cold, the A/C was on in the dining area. We had our coats on throughout our meal as did others in the dining area. The decorations are older and faded. Entire store could use an update throughout. Women's bathroom was clean but cold and it had an odor that won't go away...

I gave this subway a 1 star cause I couldn't put no stars. Every time me and my family come in it usually takes anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes to order and get our food. Today we walked in and there was 6 people in front of us waiting to order there was 3 employees there but only 1 lady making the food and the poor lady had a brace on both of her wrists. The other two employees was literally standing around. My family waited approximately 15 min and only 1 sandwich was made so we left. There was no ounce of urgency within that building today. I'm sure I'll come back but only when I have more than an hour to waiste definitely not during my lunch break. Please get...
