Taco Bell — Restaurant in Enid

Great tacos! I haven't had Taco Bell in probably ten years, but went with friends tonight and I am in love with their tacos! I stupidly bit my tongue earlier so I was worried about eating hot sauce. Turns out I didn't need it because the tacos come with a really really mild sauce already. It was tasty and perfect for me.

One person in our group had the nacho fries & cheese dip. She absolutely loved it. Another person ordered the taco & quesadilla plate. He loved the taco but didn't like the quesadilla at all. He said that it was bland and tasteless. I didn't try it because I was happy & content with my 3 taco dinner.

I will say that service is extremely slow, but their drive-thru line was out into the street. I don't believe that line ever slowed down. There were still cars to the street when we left. Inside was pretty busy too, but it wasn't packed at all. More like a steady stream, and most were getting orders to go. We felt like the drive-thru customers maybe took precedence. We probably waited 20-25 minutes for food. But it was not because the staff wasn't working. They were putting orders together non-stop.

I overheard people saying that it was always busy here, always a long line of cars and always a bit of a wait inside. Nobody was slacking off. Only one girl was taking orders at the counter. Maybe they need to install another 'assembly line', instead of just having one line of people putting orders together. But ideally, it seems that Enid could easily support one or two more Taco Bells. Enid keeps more than one McDonald's, Braum's, Sonic and KFC busy.

I definitely recommend Taco Bell. I know it's fast food, but seriously, the tacos are great, and tacos are my favorite...

Horrible, bad , pathetic! went thru drive thru dude at money window was too stoned to be able to even reach out the window to hand me my money, much less meet my hand. then at second window I don't get silverware for any of the ones I should have. So we had to drive home just to eat. Get there to start eating our cold soggy food And the second bite and theres hair in my food. I call and the guy Richardo??? Answers I explain and ask to speak to a manger and he puts me on a hold then hangs up on me i call back 2 more times he plays like he can't hear me then placed on a short hold again. then the last (4th) it's making fax noises. I trash my food get on their website explain it all. Confirm I want my bad review public and that it was ok to be contacted and 3 days later some guys calls while I'm at work leaves a voice mail and says he will call me back later that day and that's it. Absolutely nothing since. I refuse to ever spend my money there again. Yes over 1 bad deal. It was pathetic. I've went to the old and this new taco Bell and always loved it but if that's the service I get I'd rather support another food chain. I could understand forgotten silver ware. Not so much the hair, but ok. . . But then the fact that with all that can't even contact the place I got my crappy...

I’m not here to complain, but I walked in with my daughter tonight because the drive thru line was so long. And there was a lady standing at the counter, she wasn’t an employee, and she said to the cooks “nvm stop! You guys have a customer coming” like they were doing something shady back there. Either hooking her up with food or just doing something they shouldn’t have been doing. It was really awkward. Not judging, but y’all see the people I see behind there and 80% of them are not sober. I eat here often, and the food and service is always good. For the ones doing their job anyway. But there’s always something shady going on at those dumpsters and in those bathrooms. I’ve pulled up behind someone and their total was $2.43 but literally got handed an entire bag of food and fist bumped the drive thru worker before. They aren’t under staffed either, some of those employees just aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I’m not sure who owns this place, but good help isn’t that hard to find. These people are hookin their homies up on the low on your dime. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve witnessed it too many times. Place is weird. Y’all...
