Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Enid

Out of the 5 people that I counted working, not one person greeted me or anyone else that came in after me. I waited 5 minutes, as everyone walked around, continued to do things etc... FINALLY one of the two with the collared shirts asks me if I had been helped yet. I go to many different Tropical Smoothie places and you are greeted upon entry and it NEVER takes even close to 5 minutes to acknowledge that someone is in your establishment. The other thing that is very important is that the smoothie process needs to be the same across the board as other locations. I go often enough to know how many squirts of water and how much ice go into the smoothies to make the different ones and I think that sometimes people don't take into consideration that you really mess with the taste of your product when you don't follow the guidelines set for the perfect smoothie. I wouldn't mind if these were $1 drinks but when you pay $5-$7 for one drink it should be the SAME every time you get it. General manager or OWNER please go over the importance of...

I am new to Enid and love the tropical smoothie in Lawrence KS where I frequent often. I have been to this tropical smoothie in Enid Ok 3 different times between 11-1 and have yet to purchase or consume anything from here. The employees don't seem to know how to work the cash register, acknowledge customers, and it wasn't very busy any of the times I went which is why I chose to go there on my lunch. Not too happy with this this visit. We tried ordering online after selecting the store and confirming where we want to go as soon as I hit place order it changes to a store on the other side of the state. To make things worse there is no way to cancel it without calling the store it went to and and waiting for them to message there regional manager to process it and it taking several days. Needless to say this maybe our last visit.
