Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Enid

I didn't hate it but I won't go back any time soon. The parking lot is a little difficult to get into if you miss the first entrance. I went in to eat because I had about 20 minutes and thought that was plenty of time for a fast food restaurant to get my food to me and eat most of it. I have not been in a Taco Mayo in a very long time and was not familiar with the setup to get your food. I stood behind the man who came in right in front of me. He was in front of the register. I guess you stop at the counter where the man is making the food to order. A family of six were behind me and they stopped in front of the man making the food. They evidently thought I was already done with my order and waiting on my food. I finally figure out that you have to order your food and then go to the register. You would think the man at the register would be able to tell me that before I stood there all that time because he is standing next to the guy making the food. He rang my order up wrong and overcharged me a. $1.75. I brought it to his attention and he re-rang my ticket. I was still being charged $0.50 more for my drink than I was supposed to be. I thought oh well forget it I don't have time to redo all this again. My burrito taste just fine and the coke was good. It was just a real hassle trying to get the food. By this time I did not have time to eat it and took several bites and left. I finished my food after my appointment and...

I went through the drive through and placed a VERY simple order of 4 crispy tacos, 4 bean burritos, and 2 cokes. I pulled up to first window, which was attended by the person whom I assume took my order. She was obviously quite clueless. I told her she had my order wrong. I told her again what I wanted. All I got was a "Oh yeah yeah yeah. Pull up to next window". I did just that. I was handed out the same incorrect order I had just attempted to discuss with Clueless in first window. Must have been her close relative at second window. No, they were NOT busy. There was only one other vehicle in drive through and maybe 10 customers inside the building. I don't think your current employees are able to handle the second drive through. If there was a supervisor or manager on site, then I would say this store is in a huge...

My boyfriend has been wanting to stop here for several months, but I always wanted to go elsewhere, however today without even mentioning it to me he pulled in the driveway and told me that he was taking me to lunch I looked up and saw that we were parked in the parking lot of Taco Mayo. we walked up to the counter and I looked at one of the employees and asked what would she suggest another girl heard me and opened up a to go box with a huge tostada inside I couldn't hear what she called it but her last words that I did hear were fried Indian bread I said that's what I wanted, OMG it was awesome priced pretty good for what I got. Then after we ate I asked my boyfriend i wonder if they would sell me a price of the fried bread and they did. I was in heaven, I will definitely be returning...
