Golden Chick will no longer receive my recommendations or my money. This is due to your choice to eliminate the 4 piece chicken meal, you always charged me $.99 extra for wanting the breasts fried with NO mention on your in-store or online menu. We had to look at our meal to make sure we got everything we paid for, why, because we had to many in-store and drive through shortages. A couple of days ago we went to our former favorite store to order the usual 4 piece meal and was surprised that it was no longer available. We were told we could get the 3 piece meal but did not include the breast. So for x amount of money I could order the breast and so on. Well the price for all this has nearly doubled. We left with just 1 fried breast and a wing. The charge was $5.67 Got home to find the breast was much smaller than I use to get. The wing was nearly the size of the breast. And my wife had to cook extra wings and sides to make the meal filling for both of us.(extra cost for us) I also noticed that the breading used for the crust was tasteless compared with previous purchases. We're very upset with your current lack of quality products, the corporate choices and will definitely be choosing KFC or other venues...

It had been 1 hour and 10 minutes since I ordered. I wanted to cancel, they said no, they cant. I had to do it online! Still trying to get my $62 back Update! Went back up there because i couldnt cancel online, The manager said she had to have her manager do the refund. She had to have my receipt, i gave it to her. UPDATE! THAT was feb 26, it is now March 9th, I have not gotten my money back. They kept my receipt they said they needed it.to refund me. I made a copy of it though. When i called to ask about a refund since I never got my food or refund, they hung up on me. I went to the link they give to contact them, i emailed 3 times. Called corporate today. Still waiting. Im about to cut my losses. I will never go there again, they are liars and thieves and rude. Its April and I never got my money. Ive contacted Corporate and they say they contact owner but apparantly the owner refuses to give my my money he...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2nd time in 2 weeks we had to wait over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The 1st time the guy who took my $$ was asking me if I was mad??? For what I asked and he said I was looking all crazy??? What??? He then told me I could wait 15 minutes for my chicken sandwich or they can toss two chicken strips on a bun. I waited 20 minutes. Today I was also told I would have to wait 10 minutes. I said okay. Girl comes to window after 10 minutes about to hand me a $50 order. I said that isn't mine. She then asked me what I had ordered. She left window came back and said I can give you 2 strips on a bun, or you can wait 20 minutes. I said we have already waited 10 minutes. I said give me my $ back. She says my manager said you need to go back to first window. I did and this manager made me wait 10 minutes to get my refund. Once she made it to the window she was so so rude. I wouldn't be surprised if this place...
