I wish I could leave it at 0 stars but it makes you give 1. I ordered online for car side pickup. and drove 35 minutes to pick the food up. After sitting there for 10 minutes with my flashers on and having been checked in on the app as being there for pickup I went inside. At the register I waited for the employee to acknowledge my existence. I provided my name and let her know I was there for pickup. Response “It’s not ready yet” and she started walking away. I asked since it’s been 45 minutes is it almost done. Response: No. I asked if she knew how long it would be. Response: No. I asked if it was even started yet. Response: No. I was a bit shocked and went to start towards the door to go sit in the car and verbalized “well that sucks.” I was quietly speaking to myself as I walked away, and this employee begins yelling at me that she is cancelling my order since I was giving her an attitude. I stopped and look at her and asked if she really thought I was the one giving off the attitude. She began again yelling that she was cancelling my order, told me to leave and never come back. I began to ask her why it’s being cancelled and she started acting like a 5 year old laughing out loud at me saying “I can’t hear you. Bye. Leave.” That’s when I lost my patience and yelled back a not so nice name. I waited in my car to make sure she cancelled the order and while updating the app over and over it was not cancelled. Now it felt like a scam. Telling people she’s cancelling their order and taking either the money or food for herself. I went in and let her know I would leave once I had proof she cancelled the order. Response: “I don’t have proof. I don’t know what to tell you.” I called the non emergency police # to find out what I should do and they instructed me to get her name and bring it to managements attention. She refused to tell me her name and kept making rude comments at me. She conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag. The name of who was preparing the food on the app said Amy. I asked if she was Amy and she laughed at me again and said Amy doesn’t work here any longer. (Why is she using another employees name to update people on the app?). After waiting some time she finally walks over and presses some buttons on a screen thing… and finally my app shows the order has been cancelled. Definitely a scammer. The app sends an email with transaction info, which also states that if the staff has questions about your order, they'll call you. The app informs you the location only offers curbside pickup. Neither the app not the email tells you calling upon arrival is required. I arrived on-time for my order. Staff wore NO MASKS as they prepared food. They watched me sit there. Someone pulled up behind me. Apparently, that person knew to call. A staff member answered the phone, stared at me through the door, gathered the order for the person behind me. He exited the store, walked straight passed me in my vehicle, and handed the second person their order, then proceeded to have a 5min conversation with the driver. Meanwhile, a 3rd person pulled up. He was in on the "phone first" requirement, as well. Another staff member came out with his order. Afterwards, I asked her if I was supposed to call. She said yes. I said, "well, the email didn't mention that." She responded, "yeah, that's corporate. We have nothing to do with that." Then she asked my name and...

I ordered on the app however for some reason my credit card was not working with they app. When I got to the store (due to the pandemic) I had to call and wait outside. The employee gave me a total that was higher than what I received in the app and in my confirmation email and they wanted my credit card info. When I questioned the total (because it wasn’t what I had remembered) he pretended to not be able to see any order/total details. He became irritated that I was questioning his bogus total. Of course the story changed once I mentioned my confirmation email. Suddenly, he knew the correct total and was able to charge me that instead of the elevated total he initially told me. I imagine they are pocketing this extra money with the credit card tip feature. With having to call in the employee enters the card number and tip amount. Watch out!!!!
