STAY AWAY. I sent my fiancé to grab a bite for me to eat after a long, grueling 12 hour shift. He waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line for a simple $5 biggie bag: sandwich, fries, nuggets & a drink. Since he was in a hurry to get home & had a 20 minute drive ahead of him, he didn’t bother to check the bag. (ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG!!!) Upon receiving my food, I take out my fries, my nuggets and sauce but, wait a second.. NO SANDWICH. You. Have. Got. To be. Kidding me. Welp.. no sense in me driving another 40 minutes round trip, wasting gas and MORE $ for a gd sandwich.. So now, not only am I tired, I’m infuriated AND hungry.. guess I’ll just eat that $5 we paid for it instead! Smfh.. I have been so dissatisfied with this location for quite some time now, but this is the last straw. My orders get messed up almost every time - mayo or tomatoes put on sandwiches that we specifically ask them NOT to put on, they’ve forgotten orders of fries/nuggets more than once, and today of all days, they forgot my sandwich.. Fries are never fresh, service always seems to take forever, employees are always fighting and talking smack to/about each other.. it’s absolute bs. Needless to say we won’t be stopping here again for a LONG time. Love Wendy’s, but F this place in particular. You’ll probably have better luck at the McDonald’s...
Read moreUnfortunately this Wendy's is slow... Always. Even before the pandemic they were always so slow.... I'm talking 10 mins to get your food when your the only car.
This trip I sat in drive thru with 3rd in line to place my order. 10 mins later no one had taken even the first cars order, so I thought I'll go inside has to be faster, The door was locked despite a sign clearly stating they were open.
Frustrated, I left, went down the street to McDonald's. After getting my food from McDonald's as I drove past Wendy's I saw that car that had been waiting when I was number 3, just pulling around to pay for their order....
Think about that, I had waited 10 minutes, left and drove to McDonald's, placed my order, paid, joked with the McDonald's guy handing me my food about the slowness of Wendy's , and was half way home before that poor person at Wendy's even got to place their order!
Again this has been for over 5 years at least, not pandemic related just consistently terrible execution by management. I would avoid this place at all cost.... If you are set on Wendy's, use your gps to find a different location.... Even if it's out of state, probably...
Read moreFirst and last time going to this location. I ordered carryout on the app, when we arrived the doors were shut and locked. Went to the drive through and noticed the line of 3 cars were sitting there for an extended period of time. It seems like they were very short staffed, we waited in line for about 10 minutes before we got to the screen. It was around 8pm on a Saturday and there were no lights in the parking lot. The food screen wasn't even lit either. The guy at the box said "I'll help you when I'm ready" which was fine, I understand that they're most likely doing their best. I was sitting at the food screen for another 5 minutes, no "I'll be with you shortly" or anything. At that point with the way service was lacking and the slow pace it was going we just left and had to call our bank to refund our app order. It doesn't take much to be honest and update the customer i.e: "Hey I appreciate you waiting but we're running a little behind" something anything would be nice. Just get food somewhere else. It's a dead area...
