Enon Pizza & Company — Restaurant in Enon

On November 21, 2018 at about 6pm, I picked up a to-go order. The woman came to the counter. I said, “Hello,” and she barely grunted. I placed a discount card on the counter and she looked at it for a period of time. She tersely said that I was supposed to tell them I had a coupon when I placed the order. I told her that the discount card said I was supposed to show it at the time of purchase. She rudely said, “Well it messes up the books!”

Being rude, having an abrupt attitude, and being argumentative to a long-time customer is not professional and a good way to conduct business.

Next time I order out for supper it definitely will not be from Enon Pizza and Rude Service...

Terrible customer service, half cooked crust, and ridiculous wait time for the food, and they are not honest about their deals or specials. I called in, asked about the specials, and they quoted buy any pizza get one for free. I said okay, I'd like the taco then. I show up, and they only had one pizza. I call and ask where my other one was, and they say, Oh sorry, you have to "ask" for the special. I say I did, but regardless, if you say you have a buy one get one free, and "I buy one", did I not indeed buy the special? The dude on the phone tells me sorry and to have a good night and hangs up. I would some this up in one word with "thieves". They aren't honorable, and are not worthy...

Enon Pizza & Company is by far the best pizza around! The pizza always arrives in a timely manner and is always hot when delivered. They have amazing fried mushrooms and cheese stix that are always piping hot upon arrival as well. I can gladly report that you can order a pizza from them and not have to request extra cheese to achieve a decent amount of cheese. That is a first for me, I mean who doesn't like a hot cheesy pizza?! Enon Pizza & Company has both delicious food at a reasonable price and very friendly and down to Earth staff. I highly recommend this...
