G5 Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Enon

I have no idea how this place has a 4+ star google review rating. I’ve lived in the area off and on most of my life. When it was fox’s they had great pizza. Since moving back I’ve ordered twice in 4 years with the same results. The first time I waited 2 hours on a 30 minute estimate for cold mediocre pizza. Couple years goes by and I think to myself they’re still open so maybe something has changed. Ordered tonight at 5:05 and the delivery estimate was 5:45. I called them at 6:05 and got some excuse about online ordering being messed up. Funny thing was that they had my order though.... told me then it would be 40 minutes or so. Not happy but at that point I’d be waiting 40 minutes for another pizza from somewhere else. The 40 dollars in food I ordered finally showed up about 6:55. I ate one slice of the pizza and it’s still just as terrible as it was 4 years ago. It tasted like a middle of the road frozen pizza, not like a fresh ingredient deal. This is what was delivered to me. I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve changed my mind after how they tried to fix the situation. Was told by the lady on the phone on 1/25/24 that she couldn’t do anything besides give us a discount on next order…? It would have been really nice to get a refund or possibly a new pizza brought out because this was dinner for the night. I spent $42 on just this pizza, dr pepper, and a tiny personal pizza (the cheese was basically sliding off of the personal pizza.) Shortly after speaking to the lady in the story the ‘owner’ calls. All he said is “next time you order from us tell them that Ken said you get a free pizza” ????? When will I be ordering again? I’m $40 down the drain and had a barely edible dinner. I got maybe 3 slices out of it. Special mention that their delivery driver cussed out my neighbor because they were going 20+ mph down our gravel lane that has signs telling...

I though this place was great. But recently the quality has dropped .The service has dropped as well .After numerous problems with this place, I'm afraid to even order anymore. This is the third time they have been late with my food. Me and my family have been sitting here for two hours waiting for our food. It is a Sat. So they close at 10pm. We ordered at 9pm. We are 3 mins down the road. Absolutely unprofessional. The place is closed now .So I can't get any help .And apparently no food. I use to order from them every single day. No joke .Always tipped $5 because I loved the food. Now I tip $3 because the service and food have went down hill. I'm about to stop tipping you guys all together. Maybe that will help you improve your service. Went from five stars to one star. That is too many stars in my opinion. I hope this place...
