Patti’s gulf coast seafood — Restaurant in Ensley

My wife and I got a to order Friday night the 31st of January. Service was good. We set down to eat dinner and realized, after cutting into the fish,that it was not fully cooked. I tried to call 6 times to see if we could get a refund but nobody answered. (645pm). Very dissatisfied.

2/7/2025 update: So, my wife and I went to Patti's after I got off work the following day. Which was 2.1.25. I spoke with the manager on duty at the time. I explained the lack of quality of the food and the number of times we tried to call, with no answer, to get a resolution that friday night. When I tell you he couldn't of cared less, he did not care. His demeanor was very apparent. No sorry, no apology . There wasn't a hint of emotion. I didn't want anything for free. Forget the atmosphere . . . The food is great! We were traveling to Orange Beach and used Google Maps “add a stop” for restaurants when we wanted to get a bite to eat. Seafood sounded good at the time and we thought we’d give Patti’s a try. Glad that we did! The fish gumbo is really good, and to me, the fried shrimp was better than my previous favorite . . . Doc’s. I rated the service as a 3 only because it was service where you order and pay at the counter, and someone from the kitchen brings it to the table....

MahiMahi was good. Cheese grits didn't taste like cheese and needed salt, but we were able to eat them, at least. The fries, however, were inedible to us. We ordered French Fries, as the receipt shows. We were given "French Arcadian" (Cajun) fries instead. We could only eat one or two before our mouths were burning. I've finished the rest of my dinner, including my husband's hushpuppy, and my mouth is still burning. I'm on my second bottle of water, and my mouth is still burning! This is Not...
