Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enterprise

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, but my experience at this new location was the most disappointing and frustrating I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there were 4-5 construction workers around the menu board. To be courteous and avoid disrupting their work, I decided to drive up to the window to place my order. However, when I got there, the employee rudely refused to take my order, stating they don’t accept orders at the window.

I understand safety policies, but this was a situation where a little common sense could have gone a long way. I was already in my vehicle, and it wouldn’t have been a big deal to accommodate the situation. Instead, I was forced to drive back around to the menu board, which just created unnecessary hassle for everyone involved.

To top it off, the order I eventually received was subpar. My hot coffee was cold, and the sugar level for a large coffee was completely off—it was undrinkable.

This experience was a far cry from the customer service and quality I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’. Hopefully, this location works on their communication and service, because as of now, I won’t be returning...

I ordered a large hot coffee with reg cream and sugar, just the way I wanted. The coffee was delicious and hot for this nice morning weather. I bet the food will be as good as the Coffee. Definitely going to try that next time. The service was nice, the employee was very nice and gave me a warm welcome feeling once I pulled up through the window. Definitely will come back to...

I had an amazing experience at this location! The donuts are absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
