Never go to this location! We ordered 2 lunch specials, we brought them home and as we were eating the pizzas, one of my family members pulled out a long , hard bristle from their pastry brush. I called right away and was told to bring the pizzas back and they would give us new ones or if there was half left our money back. I was told we are trying to get our old brushes back. So that tells me this has happened to other people! My husband was eating a piece from the other box and he choked on another bristle. My daughter took the 2 pieces we had left back to the store with the 2 bristles. She was treated rudely and they didn't want to give my daughter her money back. She had to fight for her money. She contacted corporate who was also rude and told her they would have the owner call. The owner never called after 4 days of her reaching out to corporate! So she called corporate again and they told her they would have the owner call her now. The owner was so rude and was not apologetic for what had happened! I guess that's where the employees get their attitude! My daughter told the owner all of our family members will never go there again. The owners response was I'm sorry to hear that! So my suggestion is don't go here unless you want to be treated rudely and have bristles...
Read moreMy family and I always come to this location to grab a fast dinner. Over the weekend we experienced part of what looks like the butter brush bristles in two different deep dish pizzas. My step dad even chocked on one of the bristles, I go back to get my money back for the inconvenience and have to put up a fight because i didn't bring back half of both pizzas ( I only brought back half of one pizza because we found the bristle in the last piece we were eating of the second pizza) I did however bring in the evidence showing the workers the two bristles that were found . Days later I finally speak to the owner, and she's rude as ever not apologetical for the fight I had to put up to get my money back & kept talking over me. My family and I will never return to this location again. I'll pay the extra money and go to Pizza Hut where they actually care about their customers.
to be honest I put off this review so I can see how the owner handled the situation. Hoping I wouldn't need to write a bad review, but after getting off the phone with her this is the first...
Read moreThey're called "Hot N Ready" pizzas for a reason. They're $5 for a reason. When you demand that they make your "Hot N Ready" pizza from scratch, it ceases to be "Hot N Ready." Hence, the full charge for the pizza. With regards to the service, I want in, I want a pizza, I want to pay, and I want to go home. Sometimes the cashier's are short with you. Not at all rude, just taking into account that they need to ring up the customer, then proceed to continue cooking the next dozen pizzas. I politely tell them to have a nice day but I'm typically met with that very sentiment first. Every other stop, I leave them a few extra bucks to acknowledge the amount of work that goes into running an establishment like this. They appreciate it and it helps them get through the rest of their shift. Good job...
