Hi! I recently put in an order last night using my points I had accumulated over time to get a free two topping pizza along with a cinnamon mini. Sadly I had to cancel because my bf ended up getting pizza that day but BEFORE I canceled I wanted to ask if my points would be refunded! They don't by the way guys! Make sure to be sure you'll be getting the order or the points are wasted! If I knew they didn't I would not have cancelled and saved it for tomorrow. Money is tight for some of us!
The person that picked up the phone started the call with the normal pizza hut call opening and started to take my order. I let them know that the call was to cancel an order under my name. IMMEDIATELY after they hung up, never giving me confirmation to my request OR a chance to ask any questions!
I love pizza hut and never had a problem with a location but the one in 345 Silverado ranch Blvd has at least one rude employee. This is the second time I've had an issue at this location.
One more thing I would like to add is I did call back just to make sure that the order was cancelled and to try again to ask about the points concerns I had. Someone else seemed to pick up this time with a very friendly attitude! I asked again about the order and she let me know that it's been cancelled and let me know that if I paid with a card that it would be refunded within a few days.

Read moreHello everyone, it happened last week on a Wednesday. I decided to order pizza and wings. The order was on the way. Pizza Hut goes through Doordash. I found out when I was on the Pizza Hut app. I had experience with Doordash, and they're not the best, especially in the Pizza Hut app, which doesn't have the option to place directions. The app shows that it was delivered but it was not. The Ring on our townhome always tells us someone is at the door. I see no food. It was supposedly delivered at 509pm. I tried calling and calling and calling for my order and no one responded. I went to the store and was told that it was given a few minutes ago which was a lie since I got to the store at 524pm. I told them I'll go back if it's not there, I'm calling. I called and told them it was not there when I arrived after the store. They hung up on me while they went to get a boss. I called again and they "refunded" my money but then they took it away again. I had to report it to my bank for the food that never arrived. Honestly, not worth the money or hassle. I ended up buying Grimaldis the next day through Grubhub and they treated my order with care. Even the delivery driver let me know that she was waiting for the food. Read moreAt the beginning of Covid I called to ask how pizza was being delivered. I was told that the pizza is left in a giant bag and left at your doorstep. The doorbell rang and there's my pizza not in a bag and just laying on the ground. That already made me lose my appetite. No one even waited for someone to answer the door. I bring the pizza inside and open the box. My pizza looked like it was slammed on the ground. Everything was just a huge mess. I called several times to speak to a manager but no one answered the phone. I even called the next day but still no answer. So I called corporate. They took my statement of what happened and was told someone would get back to me. I gave them almost two weeks and no one ever returned my call to address the issue. I called again and was told again that someone would get back to me. Again I gave them another two weeks and no one ever got back to me. So I called again, and lets just say I am stilling waiting for someone to get back to me. I have never ordered Pizza Hut since, I have spent a lot of money with this place and this is how they make you feel like a valued customer.
