If you are going to a Little Caesars in this area, please go to the Little Caesars on the corner of Warm Springs and Durango. I've never had a good experience at this location (Blue Diamond). I don't know if it's the ovens or the employees, but everything here has been a disappointment. Here is a list of things that have happened in order:
About monthfmonth ago, just before mother's day, my fiance's parents ordered and picked up a few stuffed crust pizzas for the family. They received the pizzas, brought them home and found out they made them incorrectly and they were not stuffed crust.
Afterward, they got it sorted out and got an email for a coupon code that would comp the next pizzas and bread. Great, right? You'd think so. They order their food replacements the next day, pick them up, and take them home. The whole family was there, it was Mother's Day. Come to find out they made everything correctly BUT the pizza was undercooked in some areas, nearly burnt in other areas. This was due to the pizza dough originally being extremely uneven. We ended up getting a different meal because it was that bad. Figured it was no use to continue complaining when they won't improve their service or fix their issues.
Today, I ordered a pizza online for delivery this time. The Durango and Warm Springs location was closer, and every time I've ordered for delivery my order has come from there. This time, the delivery order came from the the location we despise. The dreaded Blue Diamond location. Scared of what we might see in the box, we anxiously awaited the pizza. Once we received the pizza, it was very undercooked, peperioni on 70% of it when we asked for half, and we also ordered some of the new stuffed crazy bread. Of course we received regular and doughy crazy bread. So we call today, the lady we talked to was very nice and handed me to the manager, Charles. He said he can replace the bread, but, and I quote, "there should be nothing wrong with the pizza." He's correct, there SHOULD be nothing wrong with the pizza, but there definitely is. It's inedible. What happened to the customer always being right? Essentially this turned into arguing when we just wanted a fix for the bread and pizza. Took much too long on the phone to get it figured out, so we settled on just receiving a new order of the bread we actually ordered and sadly tried to eat the floppy malleable dough which they considered a pizza. We haven't picked up the bread yet, but I'm not sure it's even worth it.
Long story short/TL;DR: Way too many errors and bad service at this location. Don't order here. Drive the extra mile and go to Warm Springs and Durango for Little Caesars. This place really needs to step their game up. Before I post this review, I think I saw the rating on Google at 2.6 stars. Horrible. I hope this helps anyone who is considering going to this...
ย ย ย Read moreHORRIBLE customer service, no organization, lack of staff, staff working is clueless and not trained. Supervisors are to important to assist with customers or orders. After the attitude I received, I would not be surprised if they did something to the food, since they are the only store to pull pizza from the back of heaters.
Went on Saturday around 6:20 pm. 3 Cars in drive through, and 4 people waiting for pizza inside. I was the only person standing in line at register. Waited approximately 8 mins for person to take order. Had one girl, who acted like this was her first job, working the store front and drive through. She walked in circles more than preforming any task. They had at least 4 people in back. One appeared to be a manager and performed a cash register drawer count on the drive through register, and then he disappeared. During the dinner rush is not the time to count the register.
Finally, when, my order was taken, I asked the clueless girl what was READY to go. She said "pepperoni and I think one cheeseโ I order 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese. I looked at heaters and saw a stack of deep dish and asked how about deep dish, girl ask cheese or pepperoni, I said pepperoni. Please order and paid. She walked off and worked drive through, then handed out orders to others, then another supervisor walk out and was reading off orders for girl to pick. I started to complain.
This supervisor said deep dish is never ready and it stated in fine print, "so what would you like me to do? you have only been waiting 8 minutes"
RUDE and very poor customer service. Finally, after further complaining and explaining I had already been waiting, just to place order. Ask for what was READY, for the 3 time and supervisor said I could my order was already enter and in. So, I could wait or she could refund the deep dish. I ask for refund and 3 order pizzas, which are READY. All staffed disappeared around heating boxes. I overheard them speaking and watch as the removed and replaced several times, a deep dish from the stack of deep-dish pizzas in heater box. After another 2 mins they returned with my full order.
By this time a line of approximately 6 people had formed behind me, just to...
ย ย ย Read moreTexas Tourist here ๐๐จ๐ฑ๐ and frequent little caesars pizza customer. Also, my name is in the company name ๐. Unfortunately Las Vegas little caesars have disappointed me greatly and leaving me asking myself if I even want to support this company anymore. I pulled up to this store at 9:17 pm. A whopping 43 minutes early before closing time. And i placed my order online over an hour ago. I made a $54 online order. Apparently the staff was too caught up in themselves that they didn't even bother to make the order. Even though i ordered it at 8:55pm. When I got there, every single employee was outside smoking and laughing. All of them. No one was inside at all. I could have crawled in through the drive through window as it was left open, access to the cashier box and all. When I decided to leave, it turned out everyone was up front. Just chilling like villains. No care in the world about the customer. When i asked for a manager, they suddenly cared. They asked if I placed an online order. I said yes. Then they said it was closed. Then one guy said he could do it. Then another girl said no. I drove off. Now I need to make a claim with my bank to get my money back. The business has not officially closed. Even while I type this. I will likely be changing my pizza company to domino's after this experience. Now I can't even use my bank card because little caesars scammed me and my bank has to deactivate the card and mail me a new one back to my home city which is 1700 miles away. Needless to say, little caesars screwed me over. Now I have no access to my bank/ money. I'm out 54 bucks and no pizza. Las Vegas, you did me wrong. Little caesars, I will send this review to the highest of higher ups within the company corporate. So sad it had to...
